hello guys its Iva Scelfo welcome to
my channel in today’s video we gonna be
talking about the results of my 30 days
keto diet summer transformation
challenge for you who don’t know me and
my husband we went and did this 30 days
keto diet challenge so we went on to a
ketogenic lifestyle which I already been
previously for for a little bit but I
really wanted to start taking it
seriously and count calories and really
take it to the next level so this 30-day
is actually kind of let into kicking my
butt and really stick to the rules and
here we are 30 days is behind me and
today I would like to share my results I
have all the numbers ready for you I
have the kilograms the centimeters and I
took a pretty good amount of before and
after pictures which I will show you as
well I’m still practicing this ketogenic
lifestyle as I do really love it a lot
so no I didn’t quit after these 30 days
I keep going I still have lots of pound
to lose so I am on it was pretty easy to
follow this lifestyle we did not really
faced any challenges we’ve been pretty
good we did not cheat besides having a
glass or two of wine here and there but
otherwise it was really super simple so
without further ado let’s get down to
the numbers
whoo you did watch my daily vlogs
you know this calendar very well and for
you who did not watch my vlogs I monitor
all my 30 days challenge and I’ve locked
throughout the whole 30 days and I made
video for every day full of eating keto
diet and good recipes and tips so if you
didn’t watch it you can go ahead after
this video and catch up on those but for
real now let’s go down to the numbers so
I measured myself prior to starting this
challenge and I measured myself now
I just print this thing out of Google so
it’s a general picture well I had 95
centimeters over my chest area and I
still have 95 centimeters over my chest
area which I guess makes rap very happy
that I did not lose anything over there
I have 33 centimeters over my arms now I
have 31 which is 2 centimeters lost I
had 76 centimeters over my waist now I
have 72 that’s 4 centimeters and my
waist Tanai also edit a measurement for
my fattest part of the belly and I have
95 and now I have 87 which is
unbelievably 8 centimeters this thing
really blew me away I can’t even I had
to measure it wrong or I don’t really
understand how how is this even possible
I had 95 centimeters over my hips and I
still do have 95 centimetres well I’m
not really sure if it’s a good thing or
a bad thing but I guess I’m always gonna
be a little curvy girl I had 61
centimeters over my eyes and now I have
59 so that’s two centimeters lost and I
waited 63.8 kilograms and also 141 point
four pounds and I am now at 60 kilograms
or 132 pounds which is a nine pounds
loss or four kilograms loss well it
might doesn’t seem like a lot but I
think that’s the healthy way to lose
weight about kilogram a week so I kind
of fulfilled that it could have been
more but I’m pretty happy about that as
I do lose weight a pretty heart and now
I’m gonna share the pictures with you
this is a little hard for me as I don’t
really like sharing picture with my body
as I’m not really pleased by it but I
promise you so I’m gonna stick to it
well that was me and my progress during
these 30 days and I had to wait it till
dark so that’s why my lighting now sucks
a little bit for another person who was
with me on this diet and I know that you
are curious about his results oh yes so
in the beginning of this challenge
I weighed 179 pounds at the end of the
30 days now I’m at 168 so I lost a total
of 11 pounds I feel a lot flatter which
is weird because I remember when we were
vegan I was actually I think I was
weighing about 165 pounds but I still
felt like I had a belly I still felt
like I had belly fat and with this I
feel a lot flatter I wish I should have
measured myself like he even did I am
NOT like craving pasta I’m not craving
you know Rice’s some because we we had
so many different alternatives to choose
from that very tasty with the keto diet
we had a lot of breads a lot of pasta
alternatives and I don’t feel like we
missed anything I wouldn’t feel like I
was missing out on anything so I’m very
happy and I think we’re gonna continue
to do this for a while longer
so the only one issue I ran into was
fiber intake on the keto diet because
you we cut out our wheat breads we cut
out our brown rice which we used to use
a lot of so we had to get creative on
how we were gonna add fiber to the diet
so we we did use a lot of like
strawberries and blueberries whenever we
could we also we got a keeper
Kito fiber supplement which was full of
chia seeds flax seeds cinnamon bark
which are also
very great prebiotics that feed the good
gut flora in your stomach and they feed
the good bacteria so it’s really good to
have and we also got our quest bars that
have about 16 grams of fiber per bar so
once we were able to increase that fiber
content things got much more comfortable
so yeah if I count correctly all
together as a couple we lost almost 20
pounds so I think it’s pretty good I
know that a lot of it it’s a waterway
but we can see in the mirror and you saw
the pictures I showed you so I think it
does really work we taking it slowly as
it should be is the lifestyle not just
diet and we’re gonna just keep doing
what we’re doing and I’m gonna keep
feeding you with all my good videos
