the brown dots on my fingers, but, these are the proof that we have done Nic’s
Keto Diet scientifically. 3500 pricks in one year. 3500 times I tested at least the ketones and the glucose in my blood. Yes, is pretty obsessive. I am pretty obsessive when
it comes to the truth. I am pretty obsessive when it comes to my and your health. So, I used to eat something, test 30 minute, 60 minute, 90 minute, changing one variable at a time. So today, I will not tell you crap. I will not tell you theories. I tell you what I have tried. This is all about Nic’s Keto Diet. Is what we tried, me and some friends. Yes, because people are different, but the baseline is one, are human. Biology differs a little bit, but we are the all the same at the end. It’s what we eat that
makes us what we become. Eat keto, you become healthier. Eat sugar, and you get sick one day. I hope not. Don’t be that obsessive, unless you want to be a competitor, or just a friend, join
me on this research. You don’t need to test every day. Test in the beginning,
once or twice a day, then afterwards, when you feel down. But, keep yourself in check. Without testing, we all may drive away from the direct line of results. So, test and check. Every time you change your food, you change your diet, you
change your sleep, test. But the beginning is very important. Don’t use urine strips. They work a little bit, and
after a month, they stop. Very simple. At the beginning, you are not fat adapted. Your body don’t use
the ketone you produce. It flush it through your urine. So you find a lot of ketone
bodies in your urine. But afterward, you use
your ketone as energy. So you have less ketones,
approximately none flushed out. Your body keep it, it knows
this is the only energy it have. So, you have to go search
for it in your blood. Or, there is new devices
that I didn’t use. I didn’t try, so I cannot
advise, let’s use your best. Test, don’t be obsessive, just every time you feel a
difference, make a small test. Remember, that ketosis is
different for different reasons. Epileptics need a different
ketosis than the one you need to just live a simple,
happy, healthy life. Is the difference of the
ratio of sugar over ketones. If you are doing keto
