– Everybody loves to go on a vacation. Some holidays, some break time. But is there a vacation of yourself? Can you go on a vacation
from your lifestyle? No, you can go on a vacation where you can live your lifestyle, just in a happier place
in a nicer atmosphere in another activity. So going on a vacation don’t
make you eat differently, should not make you eat differently, not make you drink differently, should not make you drink differently. You speak another language
when you go on vacation? Rarely, unless you usually
speak different languages. Do you look different
when you go on a vacation? Rarely. So why you should change
your healthy lifestyle? The same meat, the same
greens, the same fats, are available everywhere. So instead of eating
your healthy Keto lunch at your work canteen, you can still eat it in a nice restaurant looking at the sea. You should not change what’s on your plate if you change where is your plate. You can eat maybe higher quality food because you are on vacation, but still the better cut of meat, the nicest green you can find,
the better fish you can eat. But should your vacation ruin your health? Should you eat sugar just
because you are on vacation? Why? Is a poison not a poison
when it’s in another country? Is an illness not an illness when you are in a different hotel? Keto is a lifestyle. It is what keeps you in the mental clarity and good health and in good shape. And when do you want to
be in your best shape other than on your holidays? When are you going to show your abs other than on your holidays? When are you going to
relax and have future plans and have dreams built
up in your clear mind other than on your holidays? We take a holiday from what makes us sad, what makes us tired. We don’t take a holiday from what is good. So on holidays maybe have a small drink, but limit it, don’t do it every day. On holiday maybe we eat some small snacks, but don’t do it every day. Again, on a holiday you
have more activities to do, so you are even more busy sometimes from when you are sitting home or when you are bored
on your desk at work. So it should keep you off food than putting you onto more food. Again, it’s not more or less, it’s better and worse. There is nothing worse than
ruining a good lifestyle just to take a break on holiday. A holiday or break should make
you feel better not worse. Going off Keto will make you depressed. Going off Keto will
make you bigger, fatter, so does it make you feel better? No, so there is no vacation
of a good lifestyle. There is a good lifestyle
