– Hello guys, don’t worry,
I will not show you my abs. Even though I did my ultra week and my six packs are starting to show up, you have better ones, but too for the sake of the general audience, we are not supposed to show you anything. (Irena laughs)
as a result I hold hands. So I wonder, crunching
100, 200 times a day would be enough to have a six packs? – You know how they say
abs made in the kitchen. So as much as you exercises and you don’t have a proper diet, you won’t
see you abs anyway, right? So it has to come, 70% it
always comes from your diet. So this is your part and as far as I know you really good at it and honestly yes, you can have certain
exercise that will help you to improve your abs
see them better, right? But again, diet is the
biggest key for that right? I would say it for me
personally, I never been a person who I wanted to have a six packs, right. I’m lucky to have them, note right now I have probably two, four maximum, right. – Some want eight
– I want some. – Some want eight packs not only six. – So yes some want eight packs. But the most important
is the whole core muscle. So as I tried to explain
to my clients and people, everyone that it’s important to have a strong core right, and it’s not only six pack
– So it’s not crunching is that, as an exercise in the real? – Yeah, it’s not only those
six packs Will you see, it’s everything inside. Why? Because it’s crucial
for your all organs, is for your entire body. Imagine if you don’t have a strong core, which is mean your lower
back, you can have injuries, you can injure your
back, you can have issues with your lower back and
there’s so many of us who are suffering from
lower back problems, right, and they are very important,
the same pelvic floor that’s again, it’s a part
of your abdominal, right. So if we need to strengthen
that part as well, which is again, you need
to strengthen your legs because it’s really
important when you have, when you lifting compound
movements for example, squats, deadlifts, those
movements, they work in not just your legs or your posterior chain, it works on your core, which
is the most important, right? – And maybe you burn even more calories because you are using all your muscles. – Exactly because you’re
doing a compound movement, you’re burning much more calories. It’s not as you will
be doing a bicep curls because there’s only one small
muscle what’s working, right? And also other part where you can do, again doing hit training
or doing fasted cardio, that will help you to
increase your metabolism and burn more calories
and burn more calories throughout the day as well. So there’s another, probably
where you can try to do in order to actually see
your six packs, right? But I really want people
to understand that it’s not only about seeing six packs, it’s about how you feel
and engage your muscles. Because what I learned
through my experience, even when you do an act,
doesn’t matter what exercise you do, you need to engage
those muscles, right? And they will be working, yeah
– It’s complete, six pack will not stand by their own. – Yeah. – And just a little bit out
of the of the gym question, is that, when you see your
six pack, that mean you burn the fat outside the six packs, and you’ve burn the fat
inside your six packs. And for your health
issue, the most important is that you don’t have fat
on your internal organs. – Yeah. – So for me, I enjoy looking at myself and seeing the progress. But what is most most important is that my liver don’t have any fat on it. – Exactly. – Is that my kidneys
don’t have any fat on it. So one of the things that
can show you how well you are doing, is just the reverse mirror of what’s happening outside
is happening inside. – Exactly. – So coming back to compound exercises, do you feel that if you
do compound exercises, you can just go by and don’t do the specific muscle exercises
or resolution exercises? – Let’s say it depends
what your goals are, right? So someone who really
wanted to work on sculpture in the body, or they have
to attend certain event, they have to look in specific way or they’ve got competition coming up. You need to work on specific
group of muscles because, for example, if you have
really good chest, right, but your readouts are not engaging, right, you need to really work
on that specific muscle where you want it to improve, right? So yes, if you need to,
but for example for someone who doesn’t have time and they wanted to have a good workout,
the compound movements are very important because
you could, for example I know by myself, when I don’t have time, I go and do six sets
of deadlifts and I know they’re gonna work all the muscle groups. – So okay, compared to hits or, like hit as a fast way of doing your cardio. – Exactly. – Your compound will do the same for you muscles.
– The same as training, yeah. – Yes, and I think one thing
that you said is very important is that if you work only one part, it will feel wrong and that mean, shape is made from a body. – Yes. – I know women work on
different muscles than men. (Irena laghs) So – Completely different.
– Yeah, I think it’s because inside the head it’s a different
muscle working through. So it’s much a fact.
– Yeah. – But I think we both understand
that if you don’t sweat, if you don’t work, you don’t see results. – True, you need to put
effort to see the result. – So for you the most
important is food or exercise? – It have to be combination of both. – So it works only if you do both, yeah. – Yeah, it works when you do both. – And that’s why I think
today we are together here (Irena laughs)
