Keto TV Alcohol

– Can you drink alcohol on Keto? Yes, because hard alcohols, over 40%, do not metabolize as sugar in your bodies. No, because wine and beer
elevate your insulin. While you are doing keto,
your liver is breaking up fat to feed your body and your brain. Your liver is essential organ
to keep you fit that time. And alcohol will divide into toxins and your liver will switch
off muscles of their operation to protect you to get rid of the toxins. So, your organ that have to break fats is busy taking out toxins. So you can still drink, but you’re not going to lose fat that day and you are not going
to feel better that day. So I will not advocate against alcohol. I didn’t drink for 20 years
and I drunk afterwards. I really have no opinion
personally about alcohol, but I always say you
are as good and as fit not only as you look, but as your brain is clear and working. Anything that intoxicates
your liver and your brain, make you worse. So, your CPU, your
central processing unit, needs you to be eating and
drinking the healthiest possible. It needs ketone to work
the clearer possible. So, if in doubt, abstain. Still, once in a time, it’s your choice. I drink from time to time,
I achieved my weight loss, and I know that maybe tomorrow I don’t have big decisions to make. So I relax, I have a
small shot of something, but avoid beers, avoid sweet
wines, avoid wine in general. Keep it hard and to the minimum. Let’s remember. We are streaming toward
