– Don’t worry, guys, I
will not show you my abs, but for the moment, let me tell you, it have been obsessing me. 20 years, I was in the gym on and off. I crunch every day 100 times, I go to bed, and then
exercise my lower abs, but every time I look in the mirror, sometime I see some hinting. Sometime, they are shying away. I used to say to myself,
am I exercising wrong? So, I tried different
exercises, and a friend told me, “Didn’t you know that abs
are made in the kitchen?” So, I looked around and said, do I do my dips in the kitchen or my crunches in the kitchen? He said “No, you eat in your kitchen.” Abs will never show unless
you are in a caloric deficit. Keto will make you fitter,
keto will make you slimmer, keto is not a caloric deficit diet, at a certain point you need to
control your calories on keto but still, it’s not an exact science. Calories in equal calories
out don’t work out exactly, but if your interest is to show your abs, you have to be on a
slight caloric deficit. And I mean it, slight. If you are on a big caloric deficit you can not make any more muscle so you have to write down your food, try out how much is your expenditure, there’s a lot of keto
calculators on the internet, and you should create
a small caloric deficit still crunching, still exercising. And if it’s your choice, send us your diet and your abs picture. You will not see mine,
