I am taking 500 gms fresh tomatoes for this recipe
tomatoes should be soft and juicy

and 10-12 garlic pods
garlic gives flavour to the recipe so dont skip it

lets chop the tomatoes

as we are gonna grind them in to a smooth paste no need to chop them fine

but you use regular mixer grainder too

add them to the blender with garlic

dont add any water

blend everything untill smooth and creamy

there shouldn’t be any big chunks of tomatoes

the blended puree is ready to use

now take a juice strainer

the strained puree looks so soft and glossy

now mix everything well’

heat a pan
add one spoon of butter or ghee along with some oliv e oil

now add one spoon of salt

mix everything well

let it come to a boil

stir it in between as it may stick to the bottom of the pan

as you can see mixture is becoming thick

in between check for salt and spice
you can add more according to your taste

now add one teaspoon soya sauce

2 tablespoons vinegar
vinegar helps in preservation
you can use apple cider vinegar if you dont have white vinegar

mix everything well

let it come a boil

check for sweetness and add if you want it more sweet

the puree cooked well
now stir the mixture well

now switch off the flame

after cooling transfer it in to a glass container
this will stay fresh for 2 weeks under refrigeration
make it in small batches and enjoy this as a side dish in your keto journey
