hello my friends welcome back to my
channel another full day of eating
ketogenic diet it’s one o’clock so for
me that means I can break my fast now
and have some lunch today I feel like
having some excellent so I have some
hard-boiled eggs I’m gonna use two I’m
gonna use about quarter of an avocado
some red onion teaspoon of mayo and then
I have these little buns with the same
recipe as the bagels I just didn’t you
know make a bagel shape if you wanna see
that recipe I’m gonna link it right here
and down in the description box so now I
have it all in I’m just gonna add some
salt and pepper and mix it all up and
here it is all mixed up you know it
doesn’t really look very appealing but I
can assure you on 100% that it doesn’t
really taste amazing I starve it on the
little plate with this bagel dough bun I
made looking great I’m gonna go and
enjoy it this meal has 467 calories 5.7
net carbs 27 grams of protein and 37
grams of fat a little fat farm lunch
today it’s gonna keep me full whole
afternoon it is so yummy guys you have
to try this burger recipe I would love
them to rise a little more but otherwise
it tastes amazing
guys it’s time o’clock I just made
myself some green tea with pomegranate
I’m not really feeling hungry I told you
that fat bump lunch will keep me very
full for a long time so I’m just gonna
have a two pieces of my Kido chocolate I
made the other day four ingredients one
I’ll keep the recipe over here and down
in the description they’re really good
so that’s what I’m gonna snack on today
and for dinner I defrosted two chicken
breasts just put them in a pan with
little olive oil salt pepper and I will
bake it for about 45 minutes in the oven
I would like to make just some chicken
broccoli cheese casserole for dinner so
I will bake those and then just take
them apart and use the shredded chicken
Florentine casserole but you can finish
the baking so it’s all done and I’m
gonna start preparing all the other
stuff for the dinner
there is the chicken I’m gonna
definitely use also the chicken and
grease then I’m gonna use a whole bunch
of broccoli 2x which I will mix with
some little whipping cream little sour
cream and a lot so mozzarella cheese I
will also use obviously some salt pepper
and some other spices whatever I feel
like and then I’m just gonna bake it in
the oven for about 20-25 minutes so I
chop the broccoli I separated the
chicken and I’m gonna add it in a big
bowl and mix it all together
I told you I will use the breeze I’m
gonna add about 3 tbsp of sour cream I’m
gonna use about 3 tbsp of heavy whipping
cream
I’m gonna crack the eggs here and whip
them up pour in some pepper some salt
some garlic powder 1/2 a cup of
mozzarella cheese okay now I’m gonna mix
it all up I’m not afraid to get dirty
now it’s all in settled in the pan I’m
gonna drizzle some fresh lemon juice
over it and add another half a cup of
mozzarella cheese don’t ask me why lemon
I just love the combo of the lemon sour
cream and chicken so that’s what I’m
using
well now I’m gonna have to dig all the
seeds that’s the fun part with more
cheese on the top after 25 minutes time
to serve there’s the finished product I
divided it into four portions this meal
has about 500 calories so I’m gonna go
ahead and taking it the dinner was very
filling it was really good and now we
decided to just change into some
sweatpants and take a little power walk
it’s I’m really and need to start doing
also some exercise so we gonna go for a
walk let me see the baby hello ginger
cuddling with Daddy so we off to burn
