I made this Keto Strawberry Smoothie with
5 basic ingredients
1 cup Almond Milk
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1 teaspoon Stevia
4 Strawberries
and Mint leaves
Put all these ingredients in the mixer jar one by one
I washed and cut strawberries into two pieces
Fresh strawberries adds to the taste of this smoothie
I have taken the almond milk
You can have coconut milk or any other low carb milk
as per your taste and availability
I like Strawberries and mint leaves combination
This makes our smoothie refreshing
you can skip this
Stevia for sweetness
if you are adding any other flavored ingredient
then you can adjust the quantity of stevia accordingly
Greek Yogurt adds creamy texture to the smoothie
Blend
Add 4-5 ice cubes
Blend and serve
