Keto Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse – Whipping Siphon Recipe

hey there it’s Steve from SeriousKeto
and in this video we’re gonna use the
whipping siphon to create a pumpkin
cheesecake mousse now I know a number of
you had said in the comments that you
really wanted to see a whipped
hollandaise sauce video that’s coming I
just haven’t found the right recipe yet
I’m looking for something that is both
pretty much mistake proof and easy and
tastes great so that particular
combination has been a little bit
elusive so far but I promise we’ll get
there but for right now let’s make this
mousse we’ll start with four tablespoons
or one quarter cup of my Kido pumpkin
pie mix which I’ll put the link to right
there mine are still frozen you’ll see
why in that video and then I’ve got two
ounces of cream cheese now you want both
of these at room temperature but mine
aren’t so this is going to go into the
microwave for 45 seconds now that these
are softened we’re gonna whisk them
together so this will add one cup of
heavy whipping cream and we’ll whisk
that together you may want to run a
spatula or on the edges and bottom just
to make sure you catch that pumpkin and
cream cheese and we’ll give it one more
whisk well then pour this into our
whipping siphon
screw on our top and hit it with our
first nitrogen cartridge then you want
to give it a really good shake for about
30 seconds or so then we’ll remove the
first cartridge and pop in a second
cartridge and again shake for about 30
seconds then you can remove the
cartridge and we’ll pop this into the
fridge for about an hour
our whipping siphon has been in the
fridge for an hour now when you have
heavier or thicker substances that
you’re using in the whipping siphon you
probably want to give it a couple of
good downward shakes before we dispense
because some of that can wind up kind of
sticking down towards the bottom
if you ever hear it burping out nitrous
while you’re dispensing that’s another
sign you should probably give it a good
upside-down shake now this is going to
yield about four servings in the half
cup range maybe a little bit more three
net grams of carbs per serving for all
of the macros seed the recipe link down

fluffy hmm it’s gonna be very hard when
you taste this – not just shovel the
whole thing in your mouth all at once it
is so light so creamy this is another
one of those recipes they could convert
