Keto Peanut Butter Cookies

hey guys so I wanted to hop on here
really quick and show you guys one of
the really great recipes that I like to
use when following the ketogenic
lifestyle is making peanut butter
cookies I’m also gonna make a little
chocolate drizzle to go over the top of
them to just to give them a little hint
of some chocolate so I had everything
pretty much measured out except for the
sweetener so it’s a really super basic
recipe and it’s simple there’s only four
ingredients so I already have measured
out is one cup of all-natural peanut
butter I get my natural peanut butter
from a bakery in Cuba it is just peanuts
bit of ground that’s it no extra added
salt sugar oils anything like that so
you do that and then I also this is
swerve this is called a reefer at all
for many people that don’t know it
tastes very similar sugar this is the
confection of a powder form and you can
get it on Amazon Walmart this is a very
big bag of it and I got it and then
you’re gonna pop an egg in there this
one for one batch and I feed it into
obviously you’re gonna want to double
triple whatever you want to do with the
badge

the only other ingredient it is a half a
teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
measure that out a couple extra drops oh
well put that in there and then you just
mix it up till it turns into a dough
form once that happens which will just
be and a couple you I use a cookie
baller you can use a spoon whatever you
want to do I just think it’s easier to
use a cookie baller I think I got at
Walmart you put them into balls put it
onto a lined cookie sheet I like using
lined cookie sheets just so it pops off
they’re really good so and you can also
use a mixer – I just like doing hand
mixing I think I get it
more evenly mixed especially here we go
especially with powdered sugar or
powdered sugar I guess you’d call it
because grab that off of the spoon
scrape the edges and then put the little
all forms onto the cookie sheet and this
recipe bakes for about 15 minutes on 350
and then all I do some people do like a
little crossing with the fork on the top
of them
I just like to push them down a little
bit I don’t really need the extra added
flair to them just because I’m gonna be
drizzling then with some real melted
chocolate so in this recipe usually
makes about twelve to sixteen depending
on how big your baller is I have a
medium-sized one so probably around
twelve and then the only thing else that
I do is I take you guys pretty big spoon
and I kind of just press them down a
little bit and these ones always turn
out to be a little bit stickier if you
don’t press them down that’s fine it’ll
be a little bit more round because they
don’t spread it that much so I just do a
little nice push on the cookies they’re
not already baked some for you guys so I
will show you what the end product will
be and I said you use a
one cup of the swerve or any kind of
positive report all a half a teaspoon of
the pure vanilla extract and then one
egg and these little guys right here
we’re gonna get popped into all I did
was I mixed a half a bag of these lilies
dark chocolate baking chips 50% cocoa
sweet with stevia and a recruit all
they’re really really good
I put that into a bowl with some about a
tablespoon of the organic coconut oil
you can get any kind of coconut oil I
know they sell some different ones at
all these and then you just kind of do
them on 30-second intervals mixing it in
order to get a nice thin consistency
where it’s nice and melted and they use
drizzle it and the end product looks
amazing and you have these I know my
husband gets to enjoy some and a couple
people at work get to enjoy some

to see what the recipe is one cup of
all-natural peanut butter one cup of
powdered a wreath for tall I use a
swerve brand there’s other brands of as
well a half a teaspoon of the pure
vanilla extract and 1 egg mixed it all
together until it forms into a nice
dough and then you just put the cookie
balls out smash them down a little bit
just so they are not so high up and not
like a cookie ball bake them at 350 for
15 minutes um I would periodically check
them because everyone’s of enjoy a
little differently and then as soon as
they got out of the oven I drizzled them
with chocolate and they are almost fully
cooled ready to
give one to my husband and see how he
likes it and then the chocolate sauce
was just a half a bag of the lilies dark
chocolate chips they’d only have one
gram of carbohydrates for this is about
five cards total this is 5 servings so 5
carbs for twenty-something cookies is
great and then one tablespoon of coconut
oil you can use the hard coconut oil or
you can use the liquid up to you if you
