Keto Low Carb Recipes- “Creamy Tuscan Pork Chops”

hi guys it’s michelle from pure goddess
university and today I have another
cooking video today we’re going to do a
slow cooker Tuscan garlic pork chops you
can make it with chicken that we’re
gonna cook in the slow cooker this is a
delicious low carbon favorite that’s
made with heavy cream spinach roasted
sun-dried tomatoes chicken broth Italian
seasoning garlic and it’s really really
good so the first thing we’re gonna do
is we turned on our slow cooker we’re
gonna season the meat with pepper salt
Italian seasonings and we’re going to
place it in the bottom of the slow
cooker so we’re going to go ahead and
start that process right now okay guys
so the meat has been seasoned with salt
pepper and Italian seasonings and a tiny
bit of garlic salt on both sides of the
meat I’m now placing it in the slow
Kippur on high and we are now going to
let the creamy Tuscan garlic sauce so in
order to make the sauce we’re going to
need olive oil garlic heavy cream
Parmesan cheese and a little bit of some
low-sodium chicken broth so we’re going
to make it here on the stove and I will
be back when I start the sauce okay guys
I have the olive oil the garlic the
heavy cream and the chicken broth coming
to a boil and then I’m going to slowly
turn or sari slowly fold in a 3/4 cup of
Parmesan cheese and you have to make
sure when you pour it in that you don’t
burn the sauce because see how it’s
getting nice and thick you want it to be
kind of a thick consistency a little bit
between a soup and the thick sauce to
evenly coat the pork chops and the chick
so now I’m going to slowly fold in the
cheese and stir it in and I’ll be back
so the sauce is simmering and while the
sauce is simmering you’re also place
about an ounce of sun-dried tomatoes on
top with the pork chops and then we’re
going to slowly pour the sauce over it
you guys this is so easy and it’s so
amazingly good all right I’ll be back
okay guys so now the sauce is thoroughly
poured over the pork chops and you want
to try to thoroughly cover your meat as
much as you can so you see it’s not a
runny or thick it’s kind of a medium
consistency and of course I poured some
of these sun-dried tomatoes over the
pork chops before the sauce about a
third a cup okay
so now it’s going to be on our slow
cooker on high for about three to four
hours and then we’re going to add the
spinach at the very end so I’ll be back
later I’m excited you guys smells
amazing hey guys so the pork chops have
cooked on high on the microwave for
about three and a half hours or so and
so now I’m putting it on low and I
plated the pork chops the next part the
recipe is about two or three handfuls of
spinach you’re gonna put it in here and
saute in here for about five minutes on
low just enough for it to get flavorful
but not overly wilted but I’m going to
sautee the spinach in here for the next
five minutes so I will be back okay guys
my dinner is complete so I have cooked
the whole bag of spinach because I
normally would do a little bit of
spinach and then some cauliflower rice
but I didn’t have any cauliflower rice
so I end up sauteing an entire bag and
adding some more sun-dried tomatoes into
the sauce and as you see spinach cooks
down quite a bit so that’s enough
spinach for three days those support the
pork chops are all plated and here is my
dinner I just sprinkled on some Parmesan
cheese and we’re getting ready to eat it
