Keto Low Carb *Meatloaf Recipe*

hey guys so today I’m going to be making
a keto meatloaf so I’m basically
throwing a lot of ingredients into a pan
starting with some ground beef they use
a little bit of pepper onion garlic
Italian seasoning pepper paprika chili
powder and of course a tiny bit of this
pizza sauce it’s going to be like an
Italian flavor and meatloaf and I just
mashed up some pork rinds in here so I’m
basically gonna mesh everything together
in a bowl it cook it at 375 for about 40
minutes so I’ll be back once I’m done
mixing it all up okay guys so I mixed
all the ingredients together and added
tomato paste pork rinds two eggs
pepper garlic onion powder a little bit
of onion flakes Italian seasoning and
then I put it together in a big mound
and I topped it with sprinkling of
shaved parmesan cheese and a tomato like
pasta sauce which is low carb on top so
now cooking it at 375 for 45 minutes so
let’s show it let y’all know how it
tastes

and I cooked it at 375 for 45 minutes
which i think is plenty other recipes at
350 for 30 minutes then set 400 for an
hour so I did in the middle 375 for 45
minutes it smells amazing I’m going to
do a little taste test in a minute but
yeah so far so good guys I’ll let you
know how it tastes
you guys this is so good I might even
put some more Parmesan cheese and melt
it on top but it is really good really
easy it took five minutes to throw
everything in a bowl and then just heat
your oven to 375 and cook for you know
40 minutes
to an hour really good guys really tasty
really low-carb I’ll have more of
details on my blog soon but I’m excited
I think this is going to be a really
good wintertime food you know comfort
food meatloaf and cauliflower mashed
potatoes but yeah it had some ground
beef so if you have ground beef in the
fridge and you don’t know what to do
with it throw in some eggs and some pork
rinds a little bit of tomato paste salt
pepper garlic and onion put up in a pan
pour cheese and sauce on top and you got
a meatloaf really easy guys this is
probably about four or five mils so I’m
excited so I just wanted to share with
you my little keto friendly low-carb
meatloaf prep very easy and I’m going to
cut it up and do my little containers
for the week but yeah so if you have any
leftover ground turkey a ground beef and
you don’t know what to do with it I
think meatloaf is a really good option
