Keto Korean Gochujang and Lime Dipping Sauce | Keto Recipes

Today, I’ll be demonstrating how to make my five ingredient Keto Korean Gochujang and Lime Dipping Sauce
This sauce goes perfectly with my Spicy Korean Barbecue Chicken Wings. At the end of the recipe portion of this video,
I’ll also be showing you a couple of veggie platters and other ideas that you can use this dipping sauce with: A very simple one and
also how to make a fun, theme based platter
The macronutrient ratio for this Keto Korean Gochujang and Lime Dipping Sauce is three point eight to one with
5.7 grams of total carbs
0.1 grams dietary fiber resulting in
5.6 grams of net carbs per serving
This is such a quick and easy recipe
This entire recipe will take about five minutes of your time and
you’ll be surprised what a
wonderful gourmet taste this has because the gochujang is a very complex flavor that takes this dip from ordinary to extraordinary
So I hope you give it a try
So let’s get started. In a mixing bowl, add the 18% premium high fat sour cream, your lime juice,
the lime zest,
the prepared hot gochujang barbecue sauce and
lastly the oil of your choice
You can either use sesame seed oil or olive oil and then just give everything a really good stir.
With this portion of ingredients, this version is medium spicy
but, if you really like hot Korean food, or just hot dipping sauces in general, then all you have to do is just add one
more tablespoon of the Korean Barbecue Sauce, but don’t add too much. It really packs a punch and
because my family really likes our dipping sauce quite spicy and hot, I’m
adding an extra tablespoon of my gochujang prepared barbecue sauce
Then keep stirring until all the ingredients are well combined
cover the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until this dipping sauce is needed. As with
so many keto recipes, and their high fat content,
you’ll get the absolutely best flavor
if you can refrigerate this overnight
The longer development time will allow for the gochujang barbecue sauce and the lime juice to infuse into the sour cream,
creating an explosion of flavor
served this Keto Korean Gochujang and Lime Dipping Sauce after it’s been chilled, if you want the best flavor. And
it especially is nice when it’s chilled and you’re serving it with my hot and spicy Korean Barbeque Chicken Wings
Now for the veggie platters. The simplest presentation,
which still looks very nice, is to place your dipping sauce in a nice decorative bowl and
arrange the vegetables in simple groupings around this bowl.
