Keto and intermittent fasting okay if
you’re doing both of them is really good
when I was losing weight take a look at
this video about my transformation
when I lost weight so if you are doing
keto
and you are also doing intermittent
fasting this is probably a, THE I should
say the double-edged sword when you are
trying to lose weight in a much quicker
and faster way
why because number one you are
restricting your carbohydrate when you
are eating less carb you are really not
gaining a lot of fat. remember fat does
not make you gain weight okay I repeat
good fat does not make you gain weight
what makes you gain weight is your rice
sugar it’s the potato that you eat the
fries fast food any kind of carbohydrate
food that has a lot of carb will make
you gain weight then it’s not the fat or
the protein so if you are doing Keto
what is happening you are not consuming
a lot of carb in your food at the same
time if you are doing intermittent
fasting what you are doing is which is
you are also closing your window of
eating food so not only you are eating
in a much lesser time much shorter time
you’re allocating yourself during the
day you are also whatever you are eating
when you are eating if you are following
keto diet you are consuming
and less and less carb that would make it so
effective so effective that you will
lose weight and your shred weight you
can even see yourself just look at your
belly every day and you will see the
difference almost immediately
that’s how effective it can be when I
was working out when I was losing weight
right now I am I am fasting I actually
faster yesterday I started at, I think
around midnight I stopped eating and
then I had my next meal 4 or 4:30 the
following day so I was fasting like how
many hours 16 hours or more and I felt
really good you know because my insulin
level was down and my hormonal brought
hormonal growth I should say was up so
when your insulin sensitivity is down
it’s easy for your body to use your fat
as your energy and so when the body is
using the fat for your energy like your
energy is pretty much anything you do
even when you’re sleeping you’re using
energy so when your insulin level is
down your body is using those fat as
energy and wala when the body is using
those fat what happened is you lose
weight you I will strongly recommend you
to do keto diet and do intermittent
fasting if especially, if you are trying
