Keto Grocery Haul – Hannaford Edition (UNDER $100)!
This morning, we’re heading to Hannaford
to get some keto essentials and I’m
gonna try to keep the price tag under
$100. So let’s go! Hey guys, it’s Aaron. How
are you? Welcome to A.D. Keto. This is the channel where we talk about all things
ketogenic diet — we talk about keto foods,
we talk a little bit about keto science,
and we do some keto recipes. If this is
your first time here, please consider
subscribing, and do click the bell icon,
so you never miss a thing. All right, so off
to Hannaford. Hannaford is close to my
house. It’s pretty convenient. The prices
are always good — they don’t have a ton of
weekly super deals, but their prices are,
in general, pretty low. So first thing on
the list is these beautiful avocados. You
see one you like? That guy.
These look like they won’t be ripe
until later in the week, so it’ll work
out fine. I have a couple at home that
are ready to go. Glory Kale.
I’m gonna get some asparagus. It’s nice
coming here early in the morning, because
usually I’m here like, after work, or in
the afternoon. It’s pretty crazy. Crazy-go-
nuts. Where’s the Brie? Yeah, Taste of
Inspirations Brie. WHOA! Looks like this is the one
I’m getting! One of my favorite cheeses.
French cheese, soft cheese.
Perfect for keto. We’ll grab
Hannaford Thick-sliced bacon.
Next we’re gonna grab just a couple
What? Upside-down. Mint chocolate
chunk. This is one of the higher-ticket
items, but it is one of the things I use
most often for fat bombs, for my coffee,
for anything that I put on the stovetop —
I’m always starting with coconut oil.
Almond flour, baby! Right here, Yep,
that’s the guy! Cool, throw that in.
Chicken thighs I tend to get, because
they’re a little bit higher fat content
than chicken breast.
that’s a pretty good package
of them. All right, peanut butter. Teddie. Teddie Dee. And four net carbs per serving, which is pretty
good. I wonder if there are any pork rinds
here? Last-minute addition to the list!
Impromptu buy. First impulse buy of the
day are these pork rinds. Two bucks a bag.
Berry! You can get a good deal on eggs here. You get 18 for about two bucks and 30 cents. Are there
fewer syllables in HWC aitch double you see… hev ee whip ping cream. Same thing! Each have five,
so you don’t really save yourself much
by going with the initials, but there’s
heavy whipping cream. Always in my coffee. Now, frozen Brussels sprouts , frozen
broccoli, and frozen cauliflower. A couple
of blocks of cream cheese. Shredded
cheese. Kerrygold butter. These are my
favorite sausages in the world,
super, super keto-friendly. Love them.
Halo Butt Cup. Oh boy. What do you think,
should I get some, or no? I’ve got a
couple pints at home, so I’m gonna hold
off on Halo Top. I want to try to keep
things under 100, and I think I’ve done
Grocery bags: tear his arms off. Sophie!
Soph! What, seriously? So here’s the haul,
guys. Lots of nice keto staples in here.
So it can be done — you don’t have to
break the bank to to be doing keto. It
was… I think the grand total was ninety
three dollars and 86 cents. I could have
gotten a pint of Halo Top, which I was
hemming and hawing over for a little
while, but I didn’t want to eat anything
that said “Butt Cup” so if you liked this
video, give it a thumbs up! Let me know
where you guys go to get your keto stuff.
Ihope you have a fantastic day, and I’ll
talk to you next time.
