Keto Full Day Of Eating | Sauteed Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Today I’m going to film a full day of
eating, starting with my lovely breakfast.
I’ve got some avocado sliced up,
that’s one egg I kind of folded it over
on itself, I hadn’t eaten eggs in ages and I’ve
started having one every couple of days when I feel up to it and I have it like this
all folded over, doesn’t look too pretty
but it’s the way I’m having it, you could
have two three eggs, as many as you want I’m just easing my way back in and
I’m making up the difference of protein with heaps of salami, I love fried salami like
that, so that is my super simple
breakfast for today and I will
catch up with you as I have something to
eat, for lunch
I am adapting a Jamie Oliver recipe that
I found for Brussels in a hustle, it just
sounded really fun and really yum and
I’ve got all the ingredients together
I’m sauteing onions, garlic and sage in a
pan I’m going to add some Brussels
sprouts to it once they’re nice and
reduced, what I’ll do is I’ll pop my adaptation,
because I’ve adapted the recipe, I
always do my own thing and adapt it, I
encourage you to do the same, but what
I’ll do is I’ll leave a link down below
to the recipe of my adaptations and link to here as well so check down below for the
recipes and I’m just going to saute this
down and I’ll show you once it’s done.
The onion, sage and garlic is beautiful
and fragrant smells amazing in my
kitchen and you can see it’s lovely and
translucent so now I’m going to add in
my Brussels sprouts, I’ve very roughly
chopped all the Brussels sprouts and
added them into frying pan and the
original recipe says to add Worcestershire sauce
I am going to add Tamari instead, I’m
going to do that now. Seriously wish you
could smell this, it smells so good, so
fragrant all of those flavors are just…
smell amazing together, so yum, so I’m
just going to keep cooking that until
it’s reduced to my liking and then serve
it up in a bowl, so that is my lovely
lunch today, had a little taste before, it
tastes so good,
the flavours of sage, garlic and onion go
so well with the Brussels sprouts I just love
it, so yeah I’ll leave a link down below

It’s the middle afternoon now and I’m having
my hot chocolate I’ve made my favourite low carb keto hot chocolate, I’ll
leave the recipe in the information cards
and down below for you, it’s just
one of my favorite go-to afternoon snack
treats with heaps and heaps of cream in
my kitty mug of course and I will
catch up with you when it’s time for
dinner and this is my dinner tonight I’ve got
roast lamb shoulder, put sour
cream and we’ve got spinach and that’s
just a yummy low carb high fat dinner so
that brings us to the end of my full day
