Good Morning YouTube Fam so it is
currently pouring pouring down y’all
like I was so tempted to stay in bed and
not go to the gym but I’m gonna go to
the gym because what are we doing we are
practicing consistency over here if you
can’t tell already by the title y’all
today is going to be a Keto Full Day Of Eating Video
so just sit back relax grab
a snack or anything to the nature and
enjoy the video
talk to me sometimes you got people
going against you and you just got
besides getting stuck in the flood y’all
it’s been raining really really bad here
in Greenville y’all I was stressed out I
didn’t even record that because I just
did not want to be on camera crying like
I’m not ready for that yet so yeah I’m
back at home now finally thank God so
now I’m about to have the
Atkins Low Carb Living Beef Merlot this comes in
perfect right now just not feeling the
whole thing of cooking at all so I’m
about to whip this up real quick and eat
it like you can just get this at Walmart
for like the days when you just don’t
feel like cooking and as you can see
today it’s just not that day for me at
all I’ve been really stress out y’all I
even cried a little so yeah so here are
the nutrition facts 300 calories 21
grams of fat 9 grams of carbs 3 grams of
fiber so that six grams net carbs 2
grams of sugar and 20 grams of protein
right now y’all so I’m about to have two
fat bombs they are the chocolate peanut butter ones
they have a little bit of
unsweetened coconut flakes at the top of
them whatever so yeah I’m about to indulge in these two little baby ones and watch Scandal
alright y’all so I have one whole
avocado with pink Himalayan sea salt
sprinkled on top then I have my Tyson
Buffalo hot wings then also have my
pasta zero noodles these are a keto
friendly and vegan friendly noodles they
definitely helped me to make keto a
lifestyle and yes when I have hot wings
y’all I like mine to be crispy because
like if they’re not to me they just
don’t taste like they’re done at all and
to drink I’m just having water and Coke Zero… of course
on the weekends y’all I
do not work out and I do not fast at all
I just live my best life so I have my
keto friendly pancakes with sugar-free
syrup and a few blueberries then I have
three strawberries two sausage patties
one whole avocado and three eggs
scrambled up so y’all this is a nice
little keto friendly meal and to drink
I’m having Coke Zero and the sugar-free
syrup I use is from Walden Farms pancakes syrup and it’s sugar free has no
calories in a gluten free
carb free fat free is great
As you can see I have one whole avocado I have two
eggs with Sodom pepper then I have my
greens just a mixture of greens whatever
and then two sausage patty and I’m
sipping on the sugar free Powerade zero
mixed berry drink and I cooked
everything in coconut oil of course I
love coconut oil so much and my mom and
I are currently watching dynasty on
Netflix
tonight’s dinner is going to be some
chicken wings with a mixture of broccoli
and okra and I’m just gonna be drinking
Coke Zero in water and then after I have
my meal I’m going to have the Halo Top
dairy-free vegan and soy free toasted coconut ice cream, yay!

so I wanted to make sure to come over
here to thank you guys so much for the
amount of love and support that I
received from last video you know like
when I told y’all about how I had my
little cheat day because my period was
about to come on. I’m currently on my
period TMI right now but like y’all I
have not been like craving like the
needs of carbs anything to the nature
like right now but like before my period came on y’all you know like I told
y’all I was eating all the bad foods
whatever and even though I had my pizza
y’all the next day I ended up having
like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal y’all
and oh my gosh I have forgot how much
that I love that cereal but like right
now y’all like I’m literally not craving
anything I’ve been eatin pretty healthy
um I did gain a couple of pounds from
like all the other like carb foods
that I was eating at first I really did
not want to get on the scale because I
knew that I had gained weight y’all
stomach was so bloated like my whole
being was bloated y’all like I just felt
just so UGHHH honestly but I was like girl
go ahead and get on the scale just so
you can keep track of it so that’s what
I did and like I’m down four pounds so
yay before I started documenting my own
weight loss training y’all like all the
other youtubers I would watch they would
talk about like how they felt the need
to be perfect and all that stuff and I
was like blah blah blah ain’t nobody
trying to hear all that hush but now
y’all understand it so much like oh my
gosh like I regret like some of the
stuff I was say in my head about like
you know when people would complain or
whatever really wasn’t complaining but
kind of in a way it was like yes this is
my own little keto diary of what I eat
but I also want to like help motivate
other people y’all like I literally get
so happy like when I hear about other
people’s weight loss journey like
y’all I get like so emotional like
it’s kind of sad like I am a Pisces so
yeah therefore I am very emotional and
plus on top of that I’m on my period so
I mean oh my god it’s like I’ve been
crying non-stop lately like oh my gosh I
cannot stop crying
all in all I just
want to say thank you so much for like a
accepting the real me and like you know
my journey is definitely not perfect
like I don’t want anyone to ever think
that my weight loss journey is perfect
cuz honey it is far from that
