Morning y’all so today I am having two
bacon strips two sausage patties two
eggs that look like I doesn’t even try
y’all I don’t know what happened like I
cracked the eggs and they weren’t
perfect
I just want my eggs to be perfect like
why is that so hard for me alright y’all
so we’re in the car my car says that
it’s 44 degrees outside I gotta be
honest and let y’all know I don’t know
if I’m gonna work out today and mainly
it’s because of my period I’m just
feeling blah
hey elf right now y’all there’s no other
way to better explain it um I didn’t
really like I fasted a little bit today
but not really as you can see I had that
um breakfast meal or whatever but the
fact that my peers about to come on you
know I’m trying my best to make sure
that I do not end up like binge on
anything that nature so if I’m feeling
hungry I’m gonna eat so right now yeah
I’m feeling kind of energized today
we’re gonna make some keto blueberry muffins
I’ll try my best to make sure I
don’t you know basically cave in to the
carb demon y’all and have just all the
carbs also y’all I have on like workout
attire just in case I do decide to go to
the gym because on our way to Walmart
and on my way back from Walmart I’m
passing by the gym so either way I’ll
decide at some point if I’m going but
I’m pretty pretty pretty sure that I’m
not going to workout today but I’ll go
Zuma class
alright y’all these blueberries are for
12 so let’s get them so you guys we are
making keto blueberry muffins so here
are the ingredients for our keto muffins
just simple ingredients you probably
already have these already at the house
so we have some almond milk unsweetened
almond milk next up you guys we have
coconut flour then we have some stevia
we have baking soda then we have some
coconut oil some Himalayan pink salt we
have some vanilla extract we have four
eggs now they said six eggs y’all I just
feel like it may have like an eggy taste
if I use that many eggs so I’m just
gonna use four we’re gonna see how that
works out and then for the star of the
show y’all blueberries now that if you
start to eat some blueberries while
you’re over here baking that’s fine
because guess what I’ve already eat some
you haven’t even started yet and I’ve
already opened into this container let’s
go ahead and get into making these
keto blueberry muffins which are dairy free
as well just in case you’re interested
in knowing that alright let’s go alright
y’all so we’re starting off with 3/4 of
cup of coconut flour next up y’all we
have one teaspoon of baking soda third
step is just 1/3 a cup of keto friendly
sweetener fourth step is 1/3 a cup of
unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened
coconut milk the next thing we’re doing
is 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract next up
you guys we have half a cup of melted
coconut oil I do have a few chunks in
there still because I have the house so
code y’all fun fact I used to love being
hot I used to have the heat owned on the
summertime and all this stuff but since
being my assistant on keto it’s like
changed my like everything in my whole
life and so um yeah like now I just like
to be cold opposed to being hot it’s so
weird
so now y’all I just cracked the most
beautiful perfect eggs and I just don’t
know why I couldn’t do that this morning
but you know that’s fine
almost at the finish line we have half a
cup of teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
oh yeah and now it’s time to just mix
all this goodness up recipe you guys
calls for us to put it in the oven at
356 but I don’t have that option so it’s
just gonna be on 355 Fahrenheit go ahead
and let it preheat y’all we have half a
cup of blueberries
we are only our oven is ready we are
going to just lightly mix our
blueberries maybe just like maybe half
of this amount because we plan on
putting the other half on top of the
blueberries so you guys we still have
some batter in left and that’s fine
because we can use this for another day
but oh now we are gonna put the rest of
those blueberries on top of our Quito
blueberry muffins so y’all the recipe
says to bake it at 356 will 355 in our
case for 25 minutes or until it’s golden
brown on top so let’s go ahead and do it
straight up at oven y’all we have our
keto coconut flour blueberry muffins
and y’all they are smelling good whoo
yes God y’all those keto blueberry
muffins remind me of those like little
muffins you can get at the gas station
I’m we used to have them also in um
school oh my gosh y’all those were so
good so glad I only use 4 eggs y’all
because if I were to use what I think
the recipe called for 6 eggs and those 4
eggs
perfect but y’all we are about to go to
Zumba class whoa whoa fill it energized
over here feeling great feeling
fantastic
yeah ok YouTube family I would be
leaving right now but my mother decided
she’s gonna come to Zumba class with me
so yeah I think about that while I’m in
Zumba class y’all I’m gonna be having
some water
and also have the orange 3D drink I
think I taste test this one a while back
and it was really good so um yeah I’m
just I know today I’ma be so energetic
in Zumba class period now y’all this
3D energy drink do have 4 grams net carbs in it if you
don’t want to do that just stick with
bang energy that’s a great
keto friendly energy drink I mainly get the 3D energy drink mainly because I mean
what one is good and 2 because I
actually know who is the owner and I
basically just appointed him since he’s
helped me a lot in my little weight-loss
journey but who knows y’all maybe one
day I will meet the owner of Bang Energy
I don’t know let’s put that out there
into the universe so now if you want to
know the truth both of them are really
good
to work out yes
ok y’all so we’re about to work out
today is in the class I’m ready are you
ready today
tonight’s dinner is just once sake some
cauliflower that I cook too long y’all
but yeah we had one avocado with pink
Himalayan sea salt and I’m gonna be
drinking some water of course yeah
so YouTube family I’m just gonna go out
on a limb and say I think this week of
eating has been has to be my best week
of eating on keto like I’m gonna come
out with the savory and sweets like I
have really truly enjoyed this week okey
no like no ifs ands or buts about that
with Chef unique here in the building
now y’all I can never take myself too
seriously with the chef unique being
here y’all I’m feeling like this kid
overall starting has gotten like 10
times easier for me basically so
basically what we’re saying over here is
the only way you can really and truly in
my opinion enjoy keto you have to make
not even just keto for you to truly
enjoy whatever way of eating that you’re
doing you have to truly love the food
and I have to say this week y’all the
food has been fun but anywho my love so
