getting maybe a order of broccoli and
an order of green beans

we are doing a keto full day of eating
video plus like a little keto vlog as
well today we are doing upper body day
it’s a gym kind of excited about it like
I’m really excited to go to the gym
today and that’s kind of like a nice
feeling just wanted to tell y’all real
quick today it was supposed to snow and
like everybody was excited like kids
we’re planning on not going to school
today

there’s no snow it’s like nothing going

was like really really cold but there’s
no snow like I don’t know what happened

I noticed I’m not sugar free powerade
zero cup y’all but I was like I can just
reuse it that’s cool just have my good
old Mississippi water over here
last year we was last place this year

almost 11 o’clock do y’all ever have
those days when you just don’t feel like
doing dishes well today is that day so I
have my food on my paper towel it is
liver cheese and my Daiya Dairy Free
American Style Slice Cheese
I did end my eating window yesterday
pretty early
and I was like why am i hungry like so
hungry right now uh well duh because you
it’s time for you to eat girl and my
body was like feed me so I listened. Oh,
and I’m having some Coke Zero to drink
of course
first meal of the day y’all so
I have to solving some cauliflower then
two eggs and I also have my blackberries
and I cooked everything in my
extra-virgin olive oil and I’m going to
be drinking Coke Zero and some water
over here
alright y’all so I don’t know what’s my
problem even though I had a nice little
first meal of the day
I should be hungry but I’m not I’m going
to take advantage and have my

eat I’m not even hungry and the thing is
I have to eat because if I don’t I know
when I wake up in the morning I’m gonna
be starving and I don’t want to do that
