KETO friendly healthy Chicken Recipe | Roasted Chicken with Butternut Squash

in today’s episode we’re gonna make
roasted chicken with buckner squash
hello everyone welcome back to wheeler
food today I’m going to share with you a
very delicious recipe with chicken and
butternut squash it’s healthy and it
takes very small time so let’s get into
it all you need to do is prepare all the
ingredients make sure having your
butternut squash and onions and chicken
everything is prepped once these things
are prepped you just arrange this squash
onion and chicken on the tray make sure
the chicken has the skin side up on a
roasting tray after that you can drizzle
some olive oil add little bit of
seasoning then mix it really well so
everything is coated with oil and
seasoning after that just put it in the
preheated oven for 15 minutes after 15
minutes drizzle over the balsamic
vinegar and scatter the walnuts and sage
leaves around the chicken and then
return to the oven for five to 10
minutes until the squash is tender and
the chicken is cooked through after 7
minutes
it seems the chicken and butternut
squash everything is nicely cooked wow
it’s nice aroma coming from the sage
leaves I can’t wait to try it it looks
delicious
