Keto Fried Noodles || Everyday Noms

Today, we’re making keto fried noodles!

First, you’d want to deseed your dried chilli
and soak them in hot water for about 20 minutes.
Wash the dried shrimps too and soak them in
warm water for about the same time.
After that, blend them both.
Make sure there is a little water in blender
for easier, well, blending.
Next, heat up the oil.
Add the onions and let them sweat for a while.
With the magic of post production, my small
pan has evolved to a big one!
There was not enough space as I’m adding
lot of veggies.
After the onions have softened a little, add
the blended ingredients and fry till it’s
glistening in oil.
Add in the shrimp and and let it cook.
After that, add in the okra, spinach and cabbages
one by one and mix well.
Once they look relatively cooked, make an
empty patch in the middle of the pan.
Add a little bit of oil and then add the two

mix it together with everything else in the

Throw in some soy sauce to taste.
Once you’ve got everything is well mixed,
don’t forget the taste test.
It may need some more soy sauce or salt depending
on your preference.
