KETO FETTUCCINE ALFREDO | SHRIMP & BACON | Easy Keto Dinner Recipe

today I’m going to show you how to make
a keto shrimp bacon and asparagus
fettuccine so this is a perfect dish if
you are cooking dinner for Christmas Eve
and you practiced the Feast of the Seven
Fishes which is an italian-american dish
not that I’m Italian but I am American
so keep watching to learn how to make
this dish so for this recipe you’re
gonna need some heavy cream some
precooked shrimp some precooked crumbled
bacon Parmesan cheese butter shallot and
garlic and of course some asparagus we
need about a pound of that and then the
star of our show is the noodles of
course and I use miracle noodle
fettuccine noodles in this dish this is
a shirataki noodles it’s gluten free
it’s cute or friendly it’s basically
zero net carbs and it’s what we’re gonna
use in our pasta for our fettuccine so
in a skillet we’re gonna add about three
tablespoons of butter and melt that down
and just so you know this recipe is very
easy to make you can make this in about
30 minutes so it actually makes a really
good weeknight dinner meal as well too
besides Christmas dinner while that
butter is melting I’m gonna chop up my
shallot and this is one full shallot and
I’m gonna just chop it up into small
pieces or diced pieces you can use the
onion here if you want to you know I’m
to use the shallot I just like the
garlicky onion flavor of the shallot and
I’m gonna add some garlic here though
this is a couple of cloves that are
minced up and add that to there and
we’re gonna stir it all together until
it’s softened up next we’re gonna add in
our bacon but make sure you take out
that paper towel because that’s a little
bit too much fiber for us in this dish
and then give that a good stir until
everything’s combined then we add in our
cooked shrimp and I like to leave the
tails on just because I think it looks
fancy but you can sure as well like
remove them if you think that’s a pain
to have to remove them while you’re
eating it and then we’re gonna pour in
our heavy cream and so this is one cup
of heavy cream but you don’t have to use
one full cup if you don’t want to you
could do like a half a cup and then mix
it with some chicken broth you’re trying
to cut down the fat which I mean hello
this is Christmas Eve we’re gonna
splurge right so we’re gonna cook that
down until it starts to thicken a little
bit so it starts to look like that
and then we’re just gonna season it with
salt and pepper next we’re gonna add in
our asparagus this is precooked
asparagus that I steamed and then stir
that in
and then we add our noodles so once
again this is a fettuccine noodles from
miracle noodle and I’ll leave a link

sprinkling of Parmesan cheese just to

all in until it’s it’s melted and then
