KETO DIET TRANSFORMATION | DAY 15 | KETO 90 SECOND BREAD

hey guys welcome to my channel and
welcome to day 15 of my 30-days Keto
diet transformation it’s almost 2
o’clock so I am ready to break my fast
so I’m gonna make some quick good lunch
I’m gonna heat up the chicken soup I
made yesterday and then I defrosted this
up see Liam keto bun which I’m gonna
have with one and a half ounces of brie
cheese some tomato and some romaine
lettuce
soup and a nice sandwich always a great
combo aid was so much food guys I
couldn’t even finish it the soup I made
yesterday there was just two chicken
drumsticks in it some carrots some
cauliflower a little onion and some
broccoli and then I put some spring
onion in it as I like my greens in my
soup and I made a three portions out of
it it was not bad it was about fifty
calories altogether so I had this little
keto bond with it as well but it was a
lot of food I’m gonna take awhile now to
digest I’m gonna make myself a second
cup of coffee and I’m gonna check with
you around snack time hey guys it’s Rob
I just wanted to show you what I have
for lunch today I have some cauliflower
broccoli soup that Eva made yesterday
and I have some tuna salad with some
celery and red onion and some mayonnaise
and I’m gonna serve that on some
cucumber and sliced tomato and eat them
like little snacks and I have a
hard-boiled egg and this is what’s for
lunch
well I’ve decided to snack after all I
get some munchies cravings for something
crunchy and salty so I’ve picked these
up BBQ pork rinds I’m gonna have one
ounce of that and how about you my
fellow caterers what’s your favorite
snack on ketogenic diet
do you enjoy pork skins well I get a say
for myself I never thought in my entire
life that I’m gonna be eating that but I
fell in love with it and I do really
love it it’s a great crunchy salty snack
I’m gonna prepare some homemade burgers
for tonight’s dinner to put on the grill
and while hopefully it’s gonna stop
raining it’s been raining like all
afternoon again really sucks I am using
this ground beef this is 80% lean and
20% fat I’m gonna add some of this sugar
free barbecue so some pepper some salt
definitely liquid smoke some smoked
paprika and some onion powder
I formed four four ounces burger patties
I’m gonna grow two and I’m gonna freeze
up the attitude so we have it for next
time just already take out of the
freezer ready to put on a grill I’m
gonna have my burger just in a lettuce
leaf and I’m gonna make a 90 seconds
microwave quick bread for a wrap to have
instead of the bun for that I’m using
three tablespoons of almond flour you
can also use a coconut flour and in that
case you would use only 1 tablespoon 1
tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil you
can also use Kerrygold butter whichever
you prefer some salt I like to add a
little bit of garlic powder eighth of a
teaspoon of baking powder in one egg
now you just whisk it up all together
I’m taking a Tupperware and I’m gonna
spray it the inside with this olive oil
just that the bread doesn’t stick and
using my spatula I’m gonna transfer this
batter into the tap away I’m gonna
season it with a little bit of sesame
seeds so this is how it looks like and
now I’m gonna microwave it on high for
about 9,200 20 seconds here it is after
90 seconds I’m gonna cut it in half and
fry it up in the pan with a little carry
gold butter I mean while I chop the
vegetable for the burger I have some red
onion some tomato I have a slice of
Gouda cheese and some pickles and the
lettuce leaf
I made this sauce it’s just mustard and
mayo so we can put it on the burger
even the Sun came up that’s actually
very surprising as it was almost whole
day raining and we even celebrating our
15 days of this challenge with a little
glass of wine guys we moved the party
inside and I’m wrapping up today’s video
so let’s just crossed it off the list
you know what that means half of the
challenge is over
