hey guys welcome to my channel and
welcome to day 5 of 30 day summer Keto
transformation challenge it’s about one
o’clock we already had our coffee and
our water with apple cider vinegar and
lemon and I’m hungry so I’m about to
make some lunch and I wanna try to make
this Quito Stromboli so I’m gonna need
some coconut flour and almond flour and
egg with some mozzarella cheese to make
the dough and then I’m gonna fill it up
with ham somewhat Sorella
combined with some cheddar cheese I’m
gonna put some little Oregon or leaves
in there and some salt I’m gonna put 4
tablespoons of almond flour into a bowl
3 tablespoons of coconut flour some salt
some oregano leaves just a taste and
actually I’m gonna use some of black
pepper as well mix it all together
and I’m gonna add 1/4 of a cup of
mozzarella cheese 1 what I’m gonna heat
it up in a microwave on HIGH for 1
minute after a minute I’m gonna take the
mozzarella out and just mix it up a
little bit and then place it there for
another about 10 seconds at a time until
it’s completely melted
now I’m gonna add the flour mixture and
work it in at one egg
now you want to use your parchment paper
and put the one underneath the dough the
dough on another layer over to go I’m
taking a pin a roller and I’m gonna
flatten the dough completely until it
look a little like you would do a pizza
dough that part is done now remove the
top layer I’m gonna take a knife and
make a little cuts on the sides or at
least that’s how I read it on the
Internet hopefully that will be good
now I’m taking my hand
I’m taking my cheddar cheese and adding
it on top you can use a sliced one but I
have a shredded one so that’s what I use
I’m gonna combine it with a little often
Motorola as well
and we left some onions so we cut some
four scallions which I’m gonna add in
see my not fit maybe three would have
been enough and now we’re gonna start
closing it up
and it’s done all packed up
I preheated the oven for 400 degree
Fahrenheit and we will cook it about 15
to 20 minutes until it’s nice golden and
crispy looking good guys this is the
finished product it looks absolutely
amazing I’m just trying to hit it cool
down for a little bit of I’m starving
and it looks so amazing I can’t wait to
give it a taste how do you like it babe
I don’t know yet I’m gonna try it the
strong boy was absolutely amazing it
kind of took care of my ham and cheese
sandwich craving so I’m definitely gonna
be making these again and we were
thinking it may be some shorter chicken
or broccoli filling would be good as
well

think now we may make some iced coffee
and Rob wants me to give him a haircut
so I’m gonna go ahead and do that and we
wanted to go to see a movie today so I’m
preparing some snacks for the movie
theater so we cater people we really
can’t have a popcorn so I just chop up
some celery I used some sour cream and I
like to use this ranch dressing and dip
mix to mix it up with and it tastes a
really amazing and I’m gonna grab one of
these cheese strings as well so here we
are we went to the movie theater and we
pick that Jurassic world well it’s 5
o’clock so we might have the whole
theater to ourselves we’ll see but there
was no food police so that’s a plus side
so no problem to bring in some
Kito snacks guys who give back the movie
was a really good we did like it and we
haven’t been there alone as I kind of
thought we might be and it was pretty
full theater it was a cool movie now
we’ll be back home so I’m gonna start
the dinner I’m gonna make some zoo rules
and some like a herb chicken which I’m
gonna put on the grill then cut this big
chicken breast into half I’m gonna wait
my piece so I know exactly how much it’s
wait so I can edit in my macros only
thing I’m gonna do to the chicken and
I’m gonna put some salt some pepper and
some oregano leaves
so sterilized 2 zucchinis and I’m not
gonna cook them because I don’t want
them to get soggy I’m just gonna have
them like that and we’re gonna mix it
with some of this basil pesto and I’m
gonna add about 1 sun-dried tomatoes for
a portion sun-dried tomatoes are for
whatever reason really high-end cards
it’s like one teaspoon it’s three net
carbs so well very sparingly and then
I’ll just top it with some Parmesan
cheese and that will be it
how was it the no babe I loved it
that was a great combo we had little
Italian cuisine today hold that ever you
did really loved it it was amazing I’m
definitely gonna be making that again so
now we just gotta do the one important
thing day five of our 30 days key to
transformation challenge it’s officially
over as successful we enjoy the whole
