KETO DIET SUMMER TRANSFORMATION | DAY 1

hey guys welcome to my channel and
welcome to the very first day of my 30
days quito summer transformation during
these 30 days I’ll be uploading every
single day what I eat I’ll be tracking
my macros I’ll be incorporating some
exercise and I’m just gonna be taking
this whole diet very seriously and will
be focusing on weight loss I’ve been
doing this way of eating for a couple
weeks now but I haven’t been really
focusing on calorie deficit and weight
loss we also have a fourth of July race
in place so there’s been some drinking
and little overeating and I’ve been
feeling really heavy like please so the
reason for this challenge is to kick my
butt and really focus on weight loss
this morning I took some pictures I take
my measurements
i weighted myself so I can clearly track
my progress I could make a video on the
end of this 30 day challenge with my
results if you interested so let me know
my husband is so supportive that he
actually decided to join me on this
challenge and we gonna be doing it
together so for you who don’t know me I
am intermittent fasting and it’s about
one o’clock now so it’s time for me to
break my fat and today I’ve been craving
some egg drop soup I will use 2 cups of
this organic beef bone broth some soy
sauce some sesame seed oil black pepper
2 eggs and this one giant egg spring
onion I’m not gonna use any cornstarch
as you would usually do just to really
keep my carts really low
bone broth it’s great source of lots of
nutrition and especially potassium and
sodium which you do really need when
you’re on ketogenic diet so I’m just
gonna bring the bone broth to boil
I’m gonna use half of a teaspoon of the
sesame seed oil and I’m gonna use some
garlic it has amazing health benefits as
well and I just love it in my soup I’m
gonna crack the two eggs into a glass
here so I can mix them up nice together
now I’ll put the eggs into the soup
slowly I’m gonna chop my spring onion
the soup is done pour it into my bowl
and this is the finished product it’s
time to make afternoon coffee I’m using
this organic medium roast and we finally
got a coffee grinder so we can make a
fresh coffee from home I’m using a
French press to achieve that guys I’m
such a coffee addict I can be smelling
the coffee beans all day long like I
just love to look about 10 years ago I
used to work at Starbucks and that was
it wasn’t heaven for me it’s probably a
time I fell in love with freshly brewed
coffee mm-hmm I wish you can smell that
fresh coffee
I’m using one serving of heavy whipping
cream which is 50 calories
that’s my afternoon treat mmm I’m gonna
enjoy that and check back with you
around snack time it’s time for me to
have some snack so I got a cup of this
spinach mix with kale I’m gonna use half
of an avocado one hard-boiled egg and I
cooked two slices of uncured bacon in
the microwave so I’m gonna make myself a
little salad for today’s snack and here
it is my beautiful little snack salad
I’ve been craving some sandwich so I’ve
decided I’m gonna make some cloud bread
for the first time so we can have some
sandwiches tomorrow
I’m gonna need three eggs some cream
cheese some garlic powder cream of
tartar and some salt I need three ounces
of cream cheese so I’m gonna measure it
out get in
one
down
and three yeah my egg yolks I’m gonna
add in a cream cheese some onion powder
second half of a teaspoon some salt and
I’m taking my head Oh oopsie I’m taking
my hand mixer and I’m gonna blend this
all well
all right egg yolks are done
meanwhile elbow preheat the oven for 300
degrees Fahrenheit and a star whipping
up the egg whites I’m gonna sprinkle a
little cream of tartar over them taking
my mixer again and well whip up all the
egg whites
well unfortunately I do not have a
parchment paper at this moment so I’m
just gonna spray my baking pan with a
spray oil and hopefully it’s not gonna
get stuck
well
well here they are my little clothed
bread failure I mean these three end up
rising and being pretty decent but like
these three it’s just plain flat not
good I think I just mixed it up wrong
well didn’t really follow the directions
right well nevermind maybe next time
I’ll be more successful and now I
started to prepare the dinner I am
boiling radishes here both radishes are
something like a potato replacement I do
pretty like them Rob never taste them so
that’s gonna be his first time and I’m
gonna put these sausages on the girl
these are bratwurst from all these and
they each has one net carbs those are
the lowest one in carbs I could have
found so I think one gram of carbs
that’s pretty amazing and we’re gonna
have some sauerkraut with it and I’m
gonna put some butter over the radish
shape and that’s gonna be one yummy
dinner
so dinner is ready to be served so we’re
gonna dig in and enjoy it
dinner was great satisfying I already
did have once or twice those radishes
they are well they are not potatoes I
have a big potato lover but as a
substitute I think they’re pretty decent
well as I mentioned my husband started
this 30-day challenge with me so it was
his first day as well he pinky toe or
trying to go keto for I would say what
three or four last days so but today is
our day one on this challenge so how did
your first day of the challenge went so
day one was a good day I brought a
really good lunch to work I had some egg
muffins with some salad kale and spinach
and a lot of vegetables I had a you know
endless supply at work good green tea
and good coffees and we just had a great
dinner and I feel really good I feel
flattered already it’s weird so I’m
really proud and Rob actually decided to
join me in this way of eating and on
this 30 day challenge now we’re gonna
take our night walk I’m gonna make some
cup of tea and I’m gonna have a little
dessert probably just couple of olives
with feta I don’t know what wraps having
but I do have some strawberry cheesecake
popsicles in the freezer so maybe add
things that’s good Wow so I get my
30-day challenge calendar printout here
on the fridge so one down today I’m
gonna have salty desert this blue cheese
stuffed olives and that’s all I’m gonna
be eating today so my total calories for
today was thousand 86 55 grams of
protein 17.7 net carbs and 80 point
seven fat so Rob is cleaning up our
grill
we are ready to take the walk so thank
