Keto Diet Pizza? Yes! And it’s Amazing | Fathead Pizza Recipe

today I went ahead and prepared some of
my some of my items because we’d be here
forever if I hadn’t prepared the crust
of the pizza is actually made out of
mozzarella and cream cheese I’m so
impressed some of you guys in my Keto
coaching program you’re making some
great pizzas so our first step is we’re
gonna preheat our oven to 400 so we’re
gonna heat the mozzarella and the cream
cheese one and a half cups okay so
that’s one and a half cups of your
mozzarella cheese so we’re gonna pour
that in there alright next we’re going
to add our cream cheese okay so our
cream cheese all we need with cream
cheese is two tablespoons or one ounce
of cream cheese Hey so we’re gonna go
ahead and add the cream cheese in so
this is a time when you would also be
cooking your sausage if you’re gonna top
it with sausage so I went ahead and
prepared my sausage I fried this all up
while I was getting ready this morning
multitasking I’m frying sausage in the
kitchen and I’m putting on eyelashes in
the bathroom okay we have our pepperoni
and now once that’s melted we are gonna
work on the crust preheated the oven to
400 melted our cheese stir until they
melt together add all the other
ingredients okay so all the other
ingredients are 3/4 cup of almond flour
okay I’m using Bob’s Red Mill almond
flour you can get this from the grocery
store I got it from the groceries small
back in the grocery store and then I
ordered the big bag from Amazon get it
from wherever you want to get it from
yep
if a one teaspoon white wine vinegar
premium-quality white wine vinegar okay
and we’re gonna do 1 teaspoon Oh haven’t
opened this one yet
okay
yep perfect
for that in
Hey
and one egg Brown organic eggs or what
I’m using now these are cage free
organic that’s it
nope half a teaspoon of salt I use
Himalayan pink salt whatever possible I
also you have regular sea salt so you
want to be using the pink Himalayan sea
salt or the Celtic salt not table salt
we’re going to pour that in there okay
now we got to mix this all up look at
this alright so our instructions say
moisten your hands with olive oil and
flatten the dough on parchment paper
again I don’t have parchment paper today
a wax paper or I have these silicone
baking sheets and I just have a feeling
that these might be better so I’m gonna
try this so I put that one on the
surface I’m going to put this one right
on top of it
and it’s not that I’m knocking myself
when I talk about my cooking skills it’s
just kind of truth like I was not gifted
with natural ability in the kitchen can
you see what it’s round it’s like round
all right so look it’s round oh it’s a
hard it’s almost a heart how cute it’s
still warm I am really pleased with this
now the nice thing about using it on
this baking sheet this goes in the oven
this can go in the oven so this is
actually better to me than even just
parchment paper so that’s my pizza dough
so we get ourselves a fork and we’re
just gonna prick that all over so once
we do that we put that in the oven and
for how long 10 to 12 minutes Alexa set
timer for 10 minutes so this is what our
dough looks like after it’s been in the
oven the first round for 10 minutes
it’s round can you believe it it isn’t
actually round I look so delighted with
my pizza crust okay so then after we
have the crust done we’re to spread a
thin layer layer of tomato sauce on the
top and top with our cheese okay so I’m
going to put tomato sauce
sausage
mine is super well done all of my knee
comes out super well done I’m one of
those weird people that over cooks their
meat and neither of my daughters like
well-done meats they’re always like mom
that’s a little over crunchy yeah but on
pizza that might be really good we’re
going to put our mozzarella cheese now
again I’m having a hard time shredding
so I’m going to try something different
there try my little round
just remember whatever you add you have
to count okay so my recipe I’m gonna
count mine a little bit different like
got the pepperoni I’m adding a little
onions and peppers I’m gonna put some
onions and some peppers on only half of
it because the teenagers not going to
want that on her side and I do share the
pizza with her last time I made the
pizza she actually liked it I bet she’ll
like it even more this time because of
the whoops because of the pepperoni
edition and then she cheese is better so
there you go guys look at that that had
pizza voila Lori Ballen put that in
the oven and now it needs to cook for 10
to 15 minutes Alexa set timer for 10
minutes 10 minutes starting now
