Keto Diet Meal Plan 1st Day
Hello guys! Today, I am officially on a
legit ketogenic diet.
I just subscribed to Clara Day Herrera’s ketovegetarianph meal plan and I just
received my goodies right here! So you can
see there’s lunch, there’s breakfast
there’s a snack and actually I received
two breakfast meals which is quite a
surprise. I’m not sure if they really
planned, or it’s a surprise from Clara, my
friend. And anyway I used to do ketogenic
diet on my own
for the past week. So I’ve been eating in
I’ve been eating pork fat, sisig, all
the fat you can imagine, the unhealthy fats
but now I decided to subscribe to a meal
plan. So let’s see them one by one. So
here you can see, right there, bibingka.
So the breakfast is bibingka. I just
finished one of them here earlier. I
forgot to video it. And for lunch
we have salpicao. Can you see? Salpicao
with garlic butter French beans. For the
snack we have ube cheesecake and for
dinner we have sweet and sour meatball.
And actually the lunch and the dinner
are interchangeable. And for the bibingka,
trivia, it’s actually kind of sweet
because stevia is put in it,
because stevia is a healthy sweetener and
is ketogenic, keto diet friendly.
