hi this is to help I found some tips and
tricks the last couple weeks
so that kind of help I tried a couple of
different apps to use for making to
record my macros and stuff and I ended
up just making a spreadsheet and then
using the fat secret food calculator to
find different things like that and I’ve
been trying to break out the different
ingredients if I make you know more
elaborate meals so that I can come up
with
overall macros and I’m recording those
on my sheet as well I will give you a
link to the spreadsheet that I’m using
you can just make a copy of it and it’s
on Google sheets – I just would make a
copy of the original sheet and then use
it each week that way you have copies
you have stuff that you can look back at
and figure out why you’re maybe not
losing this much weight as you want or
getting out of whack again and I’m
recording my exercise as well as my food
intake so I have a better gauge I will
talk to you again in another week at
least I come up with some recipes that I
really love I doctor website
it has been a real godsend for me as far
as like coming up with recipes and it
pretty much just shows you what you need
to eat for each meal I’m doing
intermittent fasting as well as low
carbs high fat so that’s also playing
