That was so much to say, but I’m really gonna try to make this quick see all that but I just said wasn’t even necessary
Okay, anyways. I’m here. This is just my weekly weekend
Check-in update on my weight loss journey so my diet has been going amazing
This is the end of week three you guys know in the first two weeks. I lost 12 pounds
It was amazing a couple of days ago. I posted a food diary if you haven’t done so already

So anyway cuz last week has been different cuz y’all know that I was sick. I went to the doctor
They gave me the steroid pack which worked amazing, and I started feeling much better
however
I was worried that was gonna make me gain weight. I did not gain any weight. Thank goodness however
I didn’t lose weight as fast as I did in the previous two weeks, and that could be fir
I don’t know how many reasons, but I do think that I probably am holding on to some water way. That’s what it said
can happen
When you’re taking those the steroid pills, but anyways I’m done with those. I’m feeling much better, so
Hopefully next week it kind of speeds up a little more, but I’m not mad at
The weight loss might have to sleep y’all you don’t even understand like I’m so excited right now because I am in
Wonderland
And wonderland no

You can go back and look cuz I’m not gonna repeat my starting weight again. I said I wasn’t tonight bones
So I never have to say that again, but you guys I’m in Wonderland that means like I’m gonna hundred something like okay
Do you understand that that is amazing so that was my very first goal?
I’m so grateful so excited that I have met that goal. We’re gonna continue to go down in
my weight that is but
Yes, I’m excited. I’m so oh I didn’t tell you how much I lost so I lost three pounds last week which
It’s amazing like no. It’s not like the six pounds or seven pounds the first week or whatever. I lost three pounds
I’m excited. I have lost a total of fourteen pounds

Yes, I teach third grade math and I can barely count I lost 15 pounds I’m so excited. I’m happy about it
I can’t wait to see how this week goes I did notice this week. I was struggling
mentally I
was emotionally unstable
Because I was hungry. I wasn’t eating enough and I wasn’t doing it on purpose. I just have to figure out
I need to eat more fats is what I’ve been learning and when I say fats
I mean good fats so on this keto diet
I’m not having the carbs and and so I have to really make sure that I’m getting
Enough of the defects, and I haven’t been and so I’ve been getting hungry y’all
I mean emotionally on a stable every morning on my way to work. I’ll pray and then when I get to my classroom
I’ll pray I walk and I pray over each of my students desk. I press it in my name
I just pray that you have a great
and that they learning oh
That I’m the teacher that God wants me to be for them all then hit stuff y’all but this week
I really was praying like Lord be with me how many be patient why tell me not to be angry?
because I just was and it was just kind of like I
Think and I was talking to my friend
And I think that really just the withdraw from the carbs and the sugars it really did affect
Me because just I was making like in my mind like
Questioning all my life decisions like why is this my job like it was crazy
so I do think that it had something to do with just like the withdraw from the sugars and the carbs and
Just not eating enough and being angry so the goal for this week is to eat enough
I need to be eating enough of the good fat. So that’s what I’m gonna be working on
Working out wise I’ve been doing some yoga videos in the morning
I like doing that in the morning
And then I have been able to get to the gym and do cardio the elliptical was my favorite, but this week
I want to do more of the weight machines and continue to do my morning yoga, which has been really good for me
So yeah, I mean this has been a great week working out eating has been great three pounds y’all three pounds in
Wonderland in
Wonderland so I can’t wait to come back to you guys with another update next weekend
