good morning y’all so I am actually
about to start meditating um just like a
little five-minute meditation whatever
okay ow so this is what the sky is
looking like the clouds are definitely
definitely moving right now oh wow mmm
sunlight that’s fine there are some
berries okay all right bye
okay also just got done meditating y’all
so today’s video is going to be a
full day of eating keto type video so um yeah
of course as always just sit back relax
and enjoy the video okay y’all so safety
first putting on my seatbelt so let me
tell y’all I have been thinking about
tracking my food more um I literally
went to get like a food scale um but I
don’t know like is that like doing too
much like I don’t know like what I
should do if I get a food scale what
type of food skills should I get I don’t
know I don’t know but I really try no um
I did not fast this morning I had some
watermelon y’all I didn’t have a lot of
though I promised I didn’t but I had
some watermelon cuz I was like I just
need some watermelon cuz other day y’all
I had like a hard hard hard core workout
and they let me know like my capability
of working out and lets me know what I
already knew that I wasn’t pushing
myself like I should have been doing in
my workout so yeah y’all I really don’t
even know what me having watermelon this
morning and me working out real girl all
right the other day has to do one
another I don’t know that doesn’t mean
correlate but I just ended up talking
about a whole dem subject but oh yeah
y’all so let’s go ahead and go to the
gym because today is going to be
upper-body day maybe lower body day I
don’t know what decide once we make it
there okay y’all so just made it to the
gym I am going to be focusing on my core
which is just so weak but um yeah I’m
today is actually a pariah today but I’m
definitely going to be focusing on my
core because that’s what I really need
to do
so yeah we’re down is over we’ve got to
go to G and see you real quick just get
some keto friendly snacks okay yeah so
they do have these smart sweets paid
strings and these are plant-based so I’m
gonna get one maybe two I don’t know
okay y’all so y’all will be proud of me
because I didn’t do bad at all at GNC
today only got three items so yayyy
So I got two of the No Cow Energy Chunky Peanut Butter Bar y’all know I love these so much and of course y’all I got the
smartsweets tangy plant-based peach rings
I got to go pay the internet bill but
since I’m just so like hungry not really
hungry is this something that’s a shock
the smart sweet peach rings and oh let
me give you all the nutrition facts it
is one bag for 80 calories zero grams of
fat 33 grams of carbs 28 grams of fiber
3 grams of total sugars ok so that’s 5
grams net carbs and 0 grams of protein
and just let y’all know on here it says
plant-based goodness good source of
fiber free from sugar alcohols free from
artificial colors naturally flavored and
peanut and tree nut free alright you
guys so let’s try this

right now I feel like these and these
sour blasts buddies are like competition
with one another because y’all know
there’s more sweet sour blast buddies
are my favorite but I don’t know I’m
really diggin these peach rings so this
is my third one that I’m having and then
I’m not gonna have anymore until like
maybe later on today so yeah let me go
ahead and go and pay this light bill not
light bill
the internet bill thank God I got some
water hopefully y’all can hear me
because the air is on real real out oh
we just started a little bit um I just
got done visiting my um godfather and my
dad and some more of my family members
as well and are out here in the cemetery
y’all I am starving so I’m bout to head
home
cut some food cuz you grow is hangry
right now y’all I’m literally over here
starving as can be but I’m gonna start
cooking like very very soon but since
I’m just over here just over here
starving I’m gonna have these medium hot
or whatever buffalo wings from Pizza Hut
there’s only three I’m gonna be drinking
my water with it I said yeah and then
I’ll start cooking because y’all your
girl is just hungry that’s gonna be
right now hey so just got done cooking I
have two chicken wings I actually have
another one just in case I’m so hungry
after all this just in case you know
then has some cauliflower rice with two
eggs some smoked sausage my sugar free
ketchup cooked everything in coconut oil
and to drink I’m just having some Cherry
Coke Zero like I said I cooked
everything in coconut oil which is great
because I does help me to make sure I
get in my extra fats the old I use while
the healthy oils that I use are coconut
oil and olive oil those are typically
they’re only two things I cook with ie
YouTube family so we are about to go
to Zumba and yeah just pray for your girl because I need it
okay also tonight’s dinner is gonna be
one chicken thigh that I overcooked
of course my sugar-free ketchup – bacon
strips one egg and some sweet peas and a
drink I’m just having my cherry coke
Zero and I’m watching Gossip Girl on
Netflix y’all been waiting on these so
tonight last things I’m gonna have is
these smart sweets plant-based tangy
peach shrinks y’all these so good mmm oh
my goodness
yeah I’m happiest more of these hey
y’all oh so this is not the editing
version of myself coming in this is the
what is today’s date June 27 versus me
coming and I don’t know why I make this
always so difficult so basically this is
the version of myself before this video
goes live okay okay all right so I just
got out from Zumba y’all whoo Jesus I
don’t know why I put myself through this
I don’t know we had a great little
workout y’all but that’s not what I came
up here to tell y’all so um I decided
that like I told y’all before that I am
going to be changing up the way I do
keto and starting July 1st I am going to
be trying to do strict keto for one
whole month and if you guys want to join
me that’d be great
I mean I could use all the support that
I can get cuz the lord have mercy I know
this is gonna be hard if anyone does
strict keto I would greatly greatly

really been doing keto like I should due
to the fact that I know that July is
going to be who Jesus hard for me so
I’ve been eating all the carbs when I
say all the carbs I mean oh all the
carbs y’all won’t believe how much my
stomach has changed but I’ve been joined
them carbs oh let’s be honest let’s be
honest and yes my videos will definitely
be more up-to-date so um yeah if you are
