Keto Dairy-Free Dessert (Guilt-Free) πŸ˜‹

hey guys welcome back to Lux curves today I’m really really excited because I’m gonna share with you some of my dessert recipes which are keto and dairy-free so you’re going to be able to satisfy your sweet tooth while staying trim and slim and honestly I’m really excited to share these with you because you know when you’re on a really great health regime like you’re you’re on track with your food you’re eating really healthy really clean every single day it’s nice to have a treat once in a while but when you can have a good bad option meaning like a treat that tastes delicious and it’s also healthy for you then it just makes the whole diet a lot easier I feel like I’m fairly healthy I eat really really clean and these treats just really make everything a lot easier for me helps me be able to stay on this diet for a lot longer without having these cravings for you know other food options that might not be so good so the first one I want to share with you is like a high fat bomb which is basically peanut butter or almond butter and coconut oil it does require a lot of almond butter because they are fat bombs but it requires more coconut butter than almond butter so however much almond butter you’re putting in put almost double of the coconut butter so I try and get the unsweetened salt free organic unrefined almond butter and so I’m just gonna put in basically half of this jar that’s a lot I’m also gonna put in this coconut oil which is whole kernel dr. Bronner’s coconut virgin oil and you’re basically just gonna mix it all together and I add in some cacao powder on top of that so I’m gonna mix this up a bit first and you know what like I’m not gonna give you measurements because when I use measurements and followed the recipe it did not turn out well just use your own common sense whatever you think is right I’ll show you what the consistency should look like it should be like fairly liquidy because it’s gonna go on this parchment paper and into the freezer so mix it around quite a bit and then we’re gonna add some organic cacao powder cacao powder is great for you it gives you that chocolate taste and it’s really healthy it’s a superfood I’m gonna put a little bit of that in there not too too much like three teaspoons I guess and you have the option of adding some nuts so you could add some almonds some sunflower seeds but this almond butter already has the nuts in there the almonds so I’m not going to add any because it’ll be a little bit much you all said the option of adding some cacao nibs if you want that extra crunch but I’m not going to so I’m just gonna mix this all together I’m going to show you what that looks like right now you can see here this is the consistency so it just depends what kind of almond butter you have – some almond butters are gonna be a lot more liquidy than others and then I’m gonna add some stevia just for sweetening so it doesn’t have to be super sweet just a little bit of stevia so I’m gonna add about three packets in here mix it all up and you can give it a taste and then I just pour it on this parchment paper and I’m gonna put it straight into the freezer and there we have it a little bit around okay this goes in the freezer all right let’s move on to the next dessert I’m gonna make some apple pie but it is a keto apple pie so we’re gonna use coconut flour and we’re gonna use some apples but we’re also we need some applesauce now of course you want to have not too much applesauce because then it’s not gonna be heat oh and then we’re gonna use some almond milk and then some eggs so I’m using four eggs in this recipe okay so we’re gonna use some gluten-free coconut flour and I’m actually gonna sift it because it can clump tends to clump together quite a bit and I’m using about one cup of flour and then we’re gonna pop in and the eggs or first we’re gonna beat them just whisk sometimes key toad recipes can be very eggy if you don’t want it to be super eggy what you would do is you would just separate the yolks from the egg whites and then just use more egg white than you use with yolk and I’m going to use about a teaspoon of vanilla extract basically you just need to know the ingredients for these recipes and then you just play with it and then we’re going to put in the eggs into the flour [Music] and we’re going to mix it all together and adding almond milk slowly so you don’t want it to be too watery so add a little bit of thyme because of course you can’t take it away when you’ve added too much and also keep in mind we’re using some apple sauce which is also quite liquidy and now I’m going to put in a couple tablespoons of apple sauce [Music] and I’m also gonna add in a couple tablespoons of coconut oil as you can see we use a lot of coconut oil in this house now you can see here that it’s not like a smooth texture that’s how it’s gonna be it’s not like very smooth it’s more chunky and it sticks together quite a bit so this would be better as a muffin but I don’t have a muffin tray so I’m making it kind of into a little mini cake and I’m gonna add some more stevia once again just for some sweetness oh and we cannot forget the baking powder that the baking powder it’s not really gonna rise much it’s gonna use a teaspoon of that [Music] so it’s a fluffy consistency okay so now I’m just gonna peel and add the apples I like to cut them into smaller pieces you do as you want as you wish just put that in oh ed cinnamon cinnamon tastes so good with apples cinnamon so good for you too it’s great for weight loss helps regulate insulin blood sugar so while I’ve been making this the oven has been preheating at 250 and then I’m just going to put this in my little pans this is all I got right now make sure I don’t compact it too much now these are going in the oven [Music] and they’re gonna stay there for about 25-30 minutes until it starts to become brown on the top and then you can take it up and try it all right the last one I’m going to share with you is a sorbet it’s a strawberry ice cream she’s delicious so you get a bag of frozen berries feel like you gotta have a great blender for this the Vitamix is amazing I think if you don’t have a great blender it might not work so well I’m gonna pop in the full bag strawberries and I’m gonna add some almond milk I’m just stevia and that’s it we don’t want too much almond milk because then it becomes like more of a smoothie as you can see I’m using stevia but I’m not using too much and remember that this is not one serving this is gonna last few days for a couple people let’s pop it in okay so this is the ice cream texture and it’s really great post delicious so now I’m just gonna put that in a little container and pop it in the freezer so that you guys can see the finished results okay so the pies are done and while I was waiting for the pies I was able to make dinner and eat it already so it took a little longer than I thought but this is how they look so golden on the top right here and I’m gonna let them cool for a little while and these are the two other desserts so we’ve got a sorbet which is looking so delicious right here bright beautiful red and this is how the fat bomb turned out so you can kill it right up to parchment paper and it’s hard it melts kind of fast so you have to take your portion and then eat it and what I like to do is I like to cut it in long pieces like this [Music] just break it and there you go so I’m
