– Say thank you guys. – Say, don’t do it. – ‘Cause this is the cold footage, what it’s about. – I like it. So today, we’re gonna talk about two of our favorite products that we add into our keto
coffee, every single morning. Is that right? – Yeah, I think it’s some like essentials for your keto coffee in the morning. – I love it! First things first, our cocoa butter. These things are 100% organic and raw, and we just drop like, I
would say, three or four disks in our coffee, and blend it. It gives it a nice, rich,
creamy, buttery taste. It’s healthy fat guys! – Dairy free, that’s what I like. – Yeah, dairy free, plant-based, vegan. You don’t have to consume dairy. Do you consume dairy? – I don’t. I wanna potentially look into ghee butter. I really don’t, I haven’t
had dairy in three years. – Wow, I haven’t had dairy
in two hours (chuckling). – I put in MCT oil, skips
straight to your liver for energy. So if you want to, boom, stimulate your day right out the gate, this skips straight to your
liver for immediate energy. It basically bypasses everything else that’s going through there,
and all that sort of stuff. And I wanna give people a keto tip, or just a coffee morning tip, even if you’re not on keto. I think people are scared of sodium. If you add in the Himalayan
pink salt, right there, Himalayan pink salt to your coffee, you are going to allow yourself to stay very hydrated throughout the day. Unless you’ve been having
a gallon of water a day, and I can tell you, I think I feel better than I honestly have–
– Wow. – I’ve really been trying it, and I’ve been adding in more salt, and I’ve been adding in
more sodium, overall. It’s really working. So add this into your coffee guys to optimize your hydration
in your electrolytes. – I love it. I definitely don’t get
enough water every day. So I feel like I’m flushing
out like the wrong toxins. – The water is huge in
detox, on your body. – I have to constantly
remind myself to drink it, because I just forget. So in the morning lately,
I’m just trying to chug a big cup of it, to get
