hey everybody Jodi Brown here and I have
my daughter with me
we actually my boys are sitting over in
their high schools because we are
getting ready to go outside before it
gets too warm but I wanted to come on
and I’m gonna try a recipe that we are
gonna taste later and actually she’ll
probably taste it now and see how it is
so these are you know the cinnamon
twists that you can get at Taco Bell put
in the little pouch so she’s never had
them but anyway so we are going to try
making those keto style and see how they
turn out and this is going to be super
fast so they are very very simple
based off the rest of me and the
ingredients so you start with an ounce
of pork rinds I got out two ounces okay
and then you drizzle it with her outs of
pork rinds you do a tablespoon of butter
so I did two ounces of pork rinds so I’m
gonna do two tablespoons of butter I’ve
already melted it so that can make it
easier now you can do this in a bowl
like in a Tupperware container and shake
it up I did not have one of those like
readily available so we’re gonna try
this in a bag and hope it works out if
it doesn’t I recommend the top of your
container but I’m just gonna pour this
in the bag with my pork rinds if you can
see that just pour it in so that
they get a light coating of the butter
melted butter on them again you can do
this in a Tupperware container and shake
it up shake them around okay then you’re
going to do I did two ounces of pork
around so I’m going to do two teaspoons
of cinnamon so if you only did one else
you would just do one else uh sometimes
bad too – so I’m gonna take all right
thank you babe I’m gonna take my tea
spoon and I’m gonna get all right so on
teaspoon and another teaspoon okay and
then you do two tablespoons of whatever
sweetener of choice that is on her out
support round so I did two ounces of
work for us so I’m gonna do four
tablespoons
I like erythritol this is just plain
erythritol swerve woodwork monk fruit
woodwork I’m going to use the elliptical
it’s just going to be four tablespoons
that’s all we need good job thank you
okay and then in your container in your
bag and in my butt try one in Tennessee
our taste tester before we head outside
oh all right girl let’s get you a little
one you like um she has a sweet too – I
think so
of course she’s probably more like them
okay so I’m gonna get the rest of them
out in a minute so I don’t cause a mess
but this is what they look like y’all so
I’m gonna get the extra cinnamon and
stuff off I never won and clearly she
wants more so I hope that peptide you if
you need to okay one more and that’s it
this one for right now we’ll get more
snacks or just bad breakfasts okay
if you hopefully that gives you like a
snack that you could prepare and take
out to eat or you can a person or if
you’re going to the movies or whatever I
think we get the seal of approval
oh yeah I think they get the seal of
approval from my daughter
so I hope you enjoy and I hope

just to reiterate one mmmm one ounce of
pork rinds drizzle with one tablespoon
of butter then shake it with one
teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons
of sweetener and obviously you can
multiply that and alter the recipe for
yourself you can do it in a Tupperware
container and shake it up I just just
put it in a baggie and shook it up and
I’m going to pull the pieces out and put
them away for us to enjoy later all
right now my boys are about to destroy
my kitchen so I’m gonna go all right now
