Keto Chicken Fajita Burrito Using Cut Da Carb Wraps!

Hey guys so I just wanted to video
myself doing one of my favorite recipes.
My husband said today that he was really
craving some Mexican so I wanted to make
something obviously Keto friendly so I’m
gonna go through a couple things and I’m
gonna kind of get down to the steps of
how to make it. We are making Keto
burritos.
He loves chicken so we’re using chicken
and cheese in the homemade queso that
I’m gonna make so first thing is I want
to show you guys these are what I use
for any kind of tortillas if I don’t
want to make my own I usually buy them
in 4 big packages online this
is a long way that you combine is I cut
the car click the card calm and um there
are only nine net grams or nine grams of
net carbs for each one and a huge and I
could probably make two big burritos out
of one of them so only four and a half
carbs so that’s the actual tortilla part
of it and then we’re gonna make the
chicken that goes inside of it I am
using the pre-made grilled chicken
strips from Costco they have great
ingredients
I heard they taste fantastic they even
have a little charred bits and
everything so that’s gonna be really
tasty and then I’m gonna make
the quick way of making queso heat okay
so and I add some peppers it’s a Pico
and all kinds of stuff so first thing
I’m gonna do is I’m gonna start getting
my pan ready to get the chicken mixture
going because what I’m actually gonna do
is that each queso cheese is you make it
in the microwave I already have
everything pretty sure it out I’ll kind
of go through that as I go so I put down
by about five or six or Polly’s off by
five

to the chicken in how to break it up a
little bit they’re all in chicken strips
and it smells amazing already you kind
of start that get nice and warm some of
I’m a really big two so I’ll kind of
break those up a little bit and don’t
worry I already washed my hands and
right before I started my video so we’re
gonna get that going like I said try to
get it a little warm and then what we’re
gonna do is we’re gonna start getting
the queso ready so I just use one big
bowl I already have 8 ounces of white
cheddar cheese in here that I greeted
myself you can use the prepared you know
or eat shredded once it does have
cellulose powder sometimes potato starch
that has at extra carbs so and then I
have our four ounces of some pepper jack
cheese and then I’m gonna put a
tablespoon of butter in it and then you
add the cream to it and kind of whenever
it’s a little bubbly the only other
thing mix the cheese is around just a
little bit
and then you’re actually gonna add in
the four ounces of a drained pan of
dices to curry and chilies and then I’m
just gonna pop this in the oven or the
microwave for about a minute apiece and
kind of watch it as I go so while that’s
going I’m going to I already before the
video started I sauteed the peppers
onion so I had yellow red orange and
green peppers with some white onions in
here so I’m just going to toss that into
the chicken as well makes it taste a
little bit more like a chicken fajita
because you’re out any type of cup of
heavy cream that is what the recipe for
the queso calls for
out here are I have my taco sees me that
I make I guess and all the different
spices together and I come in old jars
might have some pico that we’re going to
top it with I might take a little bit of
it actually
I love the juice from the tomatoes a
little bit into that and then enough
just for the topping from my and my
husband’s so far I just start mixing it
nice good cheese mixture
this is going to go inside of the the
tortilla as well as on the top of it and
my husband I used to go to this place up
in Chesterfield that they have the
burrito California and he loves the
cheese sauce that goes on top of it
and the good thing is main worry you
have right now is just focusing on the
peso cheese sauce that stuff’s just
gonna heat up on its own I’ll just toss
it around every once in a while so all
that’s nice and incorporated so the only
thing I’m gonna do is put it back into
the microwave and get it nice and cheesy
and
toss this a little bit
I see all those peppers and great
flavors incorporated and once it gets
warm enough I will be adding the taco
seasoning to it as well and this will be
plenty to go into two wraps I also even
got a little bit of the original their
day they sell us at Walmart great
ingredients it’s just a green Verde
sauce that’s really go on tacos tacos
salads anything that you want that’s
kind of Mexican like and you like that
tomatillos that they put in here so
we’ll put that on the very top I have
some sour cream to go on the top and the
husband loves that and then the pico and
then any other kind of I haven’t talked
about sauce and in the green very sauces
all right
and almost good they’ve got to make sure
you put a tablespoon or sorry two
tablespoons of butter in there so you
can I want to make sure that that’s
melted all the way and it’s almost
melted perfectly where it’s nice and
cheesy consistency not too runny but not
too cheesy where it’s not gonna spread
good on to the burrito for about maybe
30 to 45 more seconds so this is about
nice and warmed all the way through so
what I’m going to do and I don’t really
in spite of your preference I would go
throw up with with this much chicken and
different ingredients I apply start off
maybe doing like a tablespoon I just
have I it because I know how much talk
of seasoning my husband in my life and
we like ours very
and then should I bring out all sorts of
great flavors from the humans who the
you know different seasonings that I put
in there
let’s go a little bit longer and perfect
training we’re going to take the peso
out it is nice and ready to go so it
really only took me about let’s see here
three and a half minutes to make the
queso cheese once everything is you know
I’m bringing in everything
I created everything beforehand okay
anything you guys would want to watch me
great about how to have a cheese so and
this is gonna last for a while too
we’re gonna be actually having Mexican
on Tuesday so I figured I would make a
good enough batch to where it would last
for our meal today but then also for our
meal on Tuesday the day drop things and
then after dropping bass we’re going to
put that into a bowl

yeah so didn’t hear cuz what I’m gonna
do is I’m gonna analyze it the cheese
sauce into it mix up really good before
I start putting it into the burritos and
then I don’t like a soft and soggy
burrito so we’re actually going to be
putting them back into there I’m not
gonna wash it because it has all the
nice different seasonings and stuff in
it
nothing was raw in there so I’ll just
put a little bit of oil into it and gets
all nice and crispy on the edges and I
think that’s actually my favorite part
of the tortillas because they do get
nice and crispy

hey with my insta pot but I think I use
it more for other things and not my pot
so I’m gonna take a couple big spoonfuls
four to six tablespoons mean like ours a
little bit more cheesy or so and then I
might take a smaller one just so you
kind of want it to be nicely coated you
don’t want it too cheesy where it’s
soggy that’s gonna seep through the
tortilla but nice and cheesy and tasty
so peppers and onions and all kinds of
great great stuff in there so that is
good we’re gonna say the rest of the
okay so for topping it as well as for
meals for next for this week so next
thing I store these so they’re a little
bit stiff I saw them in my my freezer
they stay up to six months in the
freezer so we’re going to use one of
these for my husband’s cuz I know he’s
very very hungry because we have not ate
since yesterday and it’s already 3:30 so
I’m going to load it up with chicken and
I mean loaded up
more chicken the better and then I’m so
use my hands he’s married to me
so and get it in there really good and
then we’re just gonna roll it up kind of
like a taco burrito whoever I’m not
gonna do anything really fancy just
because it’s like a six to that half or
so just cuz I didn’t know he likes his
nice and crispy and we’re just gonna
fold it over I’m just gonna fold it over
like this and then seeing this side down
some stuff might pop out that’s okay
pop that guy back in there too now I’d
start getting it nice and crispy let
that go for a little bit and then pop it
over to the other side and then do the
same thing and then we’ll plate it with
cheese sauce and the sour cream pico de
gallo all kinds of yummy yummy stuff and
you can kind of peek too it’s already
starting to turn nice and toasty
and the one thing about these tortillas
what they do kind of break a little bit
easier so what I recommend you can put
like a wet paper towel on top of them
and kind of help soak in the moisture a
little bit and that way they’re a little
bit more pliable rotate oh yeah and what
I even like doing is we’re going to keep
crisping it for a little bit
I like spraying it a little bit more and
if he loved this bread men’s real salt I
like adding a little bit of that because
it has that nice nacho kind of taco
flavor and crispy touch to it
so once that is nice crisp another so
I’m gonna pop it right back over and do
that on the other side really quickly
and this is going to come out amazing so
be nice and crispy kind of like a nacho
or hard taco but then also super
flavorful when you bite into the inside
the oil that I’m using is a mixture of
what is that coconut oil avocado oil so
it has a very high stone point so it
takes a long time for it to kind of to
burn and everything so let’s flip it a
couple more times just to get it all
edges and it is just about done it’s
nice and crispy and then I will be make
a mind and then we can enjoy them
that was in chicken good so the only
other things now that I’m going to do
before this is ready for him to devour
get this cheese one last time and it’s
still a great consistency and we are
going to smother it with queso perfect
he likes sour cream probably do is I
probably put this on this side that way
he can dip his pieces into it

we have here there is one meal today
nice and crispy has a nice hard crispy
texture so it’s gonna cut just like a
you know hard taco nachos those kind of
things you know this breaks off and it’s
crispy I actually use those to be
tortilla chips for any kind of walk
which block would be great on top of
this homemade salsa I just chose to do
Pico with the case of soft so if you
