Cauliflower Mac and Cheese.

rice, and it takes only five minutes to
However, for this video, I will be demonstrating
the dish from scratch.
Despite being so easy to prepare, this is
one of the most delicious keto snack recipes!
Each Mac-n-Cheese patty has only 1 gram of
net carb, which is another reason to love

Let’s look at the ingredients for Ketogenic
1 Cauliflower, 1.5 cups of Cheddar Cheese,
2 teaspoons of Paprika Powder, 1 teaspoon
of Turmeric powder, 3 Eggs, dry Herbs of your
choice, sea Salt to taste and Avocado oil
Start by Cutting the cauliflower into medium-sized
Wash these florets under running water.
Blitz the florets in a food processor. and
pulse until you have a rice-like or couscous
You can also get the same texture by manually
grating the cauliflower.
Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe
And microwave the rice for three & a half
Cool the cauliflower and repeat this process
two more times.
Each time, heat the rice for 3 and a half
At the end of this process, you will get a
cauliflower that is soft and dry.
It’s time to add all the remaining ingredients
to the Cauliflower: Grated Cheddar, followed
by Paprika, Turmeric, dried Rosemary and finally
add in the eggs.
Mix everything well.
Add the seasoning and use your hands for the
Roll the mixture into six even-sized balls.
Place the patties on the skillet gently and
shallow fry in Avocado oil.
Turn the Patties and cook on the other side
to golden brown finish.
