Keto Bread – Easy Low Carb Flat Bread |خبز كيتو – خبز عربي قليل النشويات سهل التحضير

Hello
Today we will make a healthy bread
Free from gluten and grain flours
The ingredients are very simple
We need 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup almond flour
2 cups water
Some olive oil
And pinch of salt
First we grind pumpkin seeds

In the same way
We grind the sunflower seeds

And we do the same for the chia seeds

We add the almond flour
The salt

We mix all the ingredients together as you can see

We add the water and we mix

After mixing well all the ingredients
We keep the dough to rest for at least 10mn

Till the water is absorbed

As you can see the mixture is now ready So we can start preparing the bread

Chia seeds
Have helped to get this consistency
In a non sticking oven pan
We put some olive oil
And we cover the surface of the pan
The dough
Will make around 3 bread
We take part of the dough
And we make the first bread

This bread as you can see is very healthy and more nutritious than the one we usually have
