and today is day 108 of my weight loss
journey today I’m gonna take I’m gonna
talk about Amy Poehler she is going to
be our quote of the day I’m gonna share
my five-day fast refeed results
I’m also first gonna talk about jillian
michaels keto diet oh my gosh so in the
last week I’ve been hearing about
jillian michaels and talking about the
keto diet is dangerous or not good or
something so I didn’t look into it I
didn’t research it but this morning dr.
Berg which I’ve watched every video he
does cuz I was like his information he
did a breakdown response to Julie and
Michael Michaels keto diet opinion and
you must go watch that just because I
know you know who she is she got famous
from The Biggest Loser being a personal
trainer that’s really tough she does not
agree with keto or a little carb and I
just think that’s funny and ridiculous
because probably most people that watch
me we all are all about ketosis low-carb
keto type stuff I’m not all the way keto
but I’m definitely low-carb it’s just so
funny that someone that you respect as a
trainer or in the fitness world would be
against keto or low-carb it’s so weird
to me that’s all I’m gonna say about it
I would like you to go watch her
interview and she was on The Steve
Harvey Show and he was talking to her
about keto and she was like and then
Steve Harvey was like that’s when you go
into ketosis that’s handful right so
Steve Harvey thinks it’s bad – whatever
I mean you could still be healthy doing
it a different way for weight loss but
to cure a sugar addiction for some
little beasts you need
get away from sugar you need to get away
from most carbs you don’t have to be
zero Carver you don’t have to be that
low you can have a hundred carbon foot
you be have to get away from sugar and
carbs
you just have to okay so today’s quote
first I’m also gonna say if you’re just
watching this video you’ve never seen me

fasting or zero calorie fasting I
started on hydrogen
I started 108 days ago at two seventy
three point two and yesterday morning I
was to a nine point eight and people say
fasting is not what do you call that
word sustainable I kind of feel like I’m
proving it is sustainable because I’ve
made it so many days like I’ve made it a
lot of days but if you still don’t think
it’s sustainable what I’m doing these
three methods come back a year from now
because I plan to still be on YouTube if
I’m alive God willing I plan to be
making videos every day I love YouTube I
love the fasting community I love the
weight loss community
I love the bodybuilding community which
once I get to like 185 1 185 ish I am
NOT playing with the weights I’m about
to go I’m ready for the gym about to go
to the gym it’s gonna be quick I have
work but the gym is my life now I love
it and that’s it so Amy Poehler I first
knew her from Saturday Night Live I used
to really love that show and watching
all the time Amy Poehler has me to put
her name here I have a weekly planner
and each day I take inspiration from
somebody either their story or a quote
something they said so today I just look
for some quick because I want this video
quick because I need to leave to go to
the gym before work
so she said change the world by being
yourself change the world by being
yourself that means do what everyone
else
– or don’t do what they do be you like
people with hating on me for fasting um
people might hate on you for different
stuff you’re doing but subway you only
one meal a day that’s your business and
you’re gonna get healthier no matter
what they’re used to they’re three there
are three mils and they’re five mils no
you could do whatever the heck you want
to do okay let me see she use the world
by being yourself break the status quo
you do not have to do what everyone else
does that’s it that’s what I take from
that you’re gonna change the world
because you’re breaking the norm the
standard of what everyone does he’ll is
gonna be so mainstream cuz I already
thought low-carb and keto is like
mainstream I still think it is even
though she’s saying that I think every
personal trainer and maybe younger ones
maybe she’s a little older I don’t even
know why she thinks like that everyone I
follow bodybuilding just everything

that’s where to me I’m sorry I didn’t
watch I didn’t watch her interview on
Steve Harvey and I’m not looking at her
Channel I’m not listening to anything
else I heard enough with the clips on
dr. Burke’s video I didn’t you guys
don’t know I definitely definitely
believe in being yourself and no one can
change my mind about things that I
believe in no matter if it seems dumb to
them or outlandish I don’t care
so that’s all I’m gonna say about that
what did I eat so I decided to eat last
night I broke my fast two hours early
so I made it four days I could have went
to more but I didn’t want to I’m I did
four days of fasting plus 22 hours I ate
at 3:30 because I went to the grocery
store and I just could not wait to tear
up what I bought I bought some of these
little soft cheese was it wedges they
come in the circle thing and they’re
little wedges and they’re like twenty
calories each where I had one or two of
those on the way to chick-fil-a I also
had one or two and
this is from Aldi and I’m only I was not
gonna tell you guys what I ate but I’m
so happy about my weight then I’m gonna
tell you but don’t do this oh my gosh
do not break your fast like how I did
this is just for transparency reasons do
not do this this is horrible
okay well I’m happy with my weight okay
so yeah that’s what I had on the way to
finish work and I went to chick-fil-a
which is 20 minutes so dumb because
we’re in this little mini Blizzard thing
I should not be going to chick-fil-a and
I kept thinking about just buy food and
go cook it but I just wanted my chicken
so I drove all the way there on the way
I had those three things then I was like
I want four chicken strips but I know I
want to eat some chicken on the way home
this is so bad you guys I do have
problems with food I love food okay we
all know that so that’s how I got to 273
pounds my highest is 297 that’s my
highest ever and I’m five nine
so I ordered four chicken strips and
eight Nuggets and I ordered swing spicy
sriracha and barbeque I ate all eight
nuggets on the way home nervous because
that’s too much food too quick that’s
not how I like to break a long time and
to me four and a half just say five days
is a long pass to me whoo so wreath okay
then I came home I was so upset with my
kids my kitchen was not clean and ready
to go for me to prepare my plate I was
so upset I’m like how am I got at work
all day and I come home and the pie is
not ready my 11 year old made eggs I
don’t know what the other one made they
just had the pot in the sink anyway so I
had I’m just gonna tell you what I have
I have one and a half and I didn’t have
this all at once because I might want to
talk about it I had one and a half
zucchinis it was cut up and stir-fried
and butter with onions I had probably
four stalks of celery
with the caramelized onion dip I have
one more cheese where at which I had my
four chicken strips with the sauces Mia
that’s what Keaney tastes so good
seasons man that’s gonna be a staple in
my life from now on
oh it was good it was so good only me
and my 1901 today I made my eleven and
twelve year olds take a break I’m like
how could you not love this they did not
love it so I didn’t it introduced we
cooked three of them and reduced down to
such a little bit I think we cooked it
too long so I just took half and he took
her so that’s why I said I had one in
the house of Keeney’s let me see the
celery and then the four chicken strips
that was my meal so then probably an
hour later I had another indulgent bar
man they’re so dang good it’s like five
hours for five of them from Aldi they’re
like two carbs and they taste like
Snickers that’s what they taste like to
me so I had a hate it was not a halo it
was a vanilla bean
hey little tight pint of ice cream
low-carb ice cream from Aldi $2.99 or
249 it was on sale I also bought a mint
chocolate chip I was gonna have half in
half but I didn’t like the chocolate
chip so I gave it to them and but I ate
the whole vanilla bean just wait till
you see this wait I am surprised I
thought I would a game like hmm I
thought it would gain 4 to 5 pounds
really because your body’s gonna hold on
to food and that’s how I ate and that
vanilla bean was so good I don’t feel
guilty at all because I didn’t eat for
five days I just don’t feel guilty but I
don’t like telling you guys what I ate
because you can’t hurt yourself
I was very nervous I was very nervous
but I did spread it between 3:30 and I
watched it during the Chiefs game and we
went we have one game to win before the
Super Bowl
ok that’s excited when I go to work it’s
all football today starting at 12 oh I
think it starts at 12 Eastern which
means exactly when I get to work me and
I’m talking too long I wanted this to
upload
okay before I left but I got to get
going on the gym opens in 23 minutes let
me see I ate up between three thirty
little little little and then I had it
until I probably have the ice cream at
8:00 8:30 ish five hours I eat four or
five hours I ate okay when I fasted till
the evening I’m just gonna cook fast cuz
really I guess that’s not one
I’ll just put but that’s not what
happened
that’s not what I did you guys will know
that you watch I did one two three four
and then anyway I did for a day fast
with 22 hours and today is wait oh I did
no exercise that’s not my weight hold on
I didn’t do exercise cuz it was a dang
blizzard but I could have went because I
passed I almost passed the gym going to
chick-fil-a but I just decided not to
but I’m going this morning I am NOT
eating food today okay that’s the good
thing about this refeed I usually refeed
and then go into old matter in a minute
fasting but Tuesday I’m going out with a
friend and I know I’m gonna eat and I’m
going to the movies I don’t I doubt
we’ll go to a restaurant I might go to a
restaurant but I’m gonna have my popcorn
or whatever I went in the theater so
that’s why I’m being strict today and
tomorrow I think you should
strategically plan your schedule around
your life right if I go out with
somebody I’m gonna eat it’s still gonna
be low carb but I’m gonna eat and I’m
still only having a real major cheat day
twice a month I’ve had one it is January
13th I probably want I will not have it
Tuesday because I have so many days in
the month left I don’t want to waste it
early on so I woke up this morning you
guys why the heck in my tour
point something like how the heck this
is what I hate you guys all of that
stuff and even the pine nut ice cream
Anna was eight am i oh well yeah if
you’re gonna do a fast for three or more
days when you refeed be home because you
will be using the bathroom because every
part of your digestive system is clean
if you’ve been doing a lifestyle of
fasting and you do a long one you don’t
want to do this and have to go to work
or have to go anywhere because it’ll go
straight through you okay that’s
probably that is why I only gain 0.8
pounds can you believe this oh my god
plus 0.8 on a refeed of let’s say four
hours
although carb I probably had I did have
the sauces the chicken was breaded the
nuggets was breaded the cheese maybe
have one or two per the halo probably
had I don’t even know 20 to 40 it wasn’t
halo Aldi brand the indulgence bars had
to each the celery zucchini I don’t know
the caramelized onion is like maybe two
per tablespoon I probably have four
tablespoons I take that stuff line I was
so happy to eat like that first bite
makes me want it it just makes my makes
me feel like I’m hungry so I’ll be
fasting today and I’m headed to the gym
