Yes, I know the audio was fixed on the second upload. Reply Rj Aquaponics says: August 13, 2019 at 11:51 pm What about THM's from Disinfection By Products DBP's? Why not talk about these cancer causing THM's or fluoride? Seems you kind of side stepped the obvious when talking about "Is it Best to Drink Tap, Filtered, or Bottled Water"? What about chlorine and chloramine? Are these Best to ingest? Which is Best? What about all the studies about DBPs? Surely there must be some scientific proof DBP tainted water is not BEST, right? Reply Rj Aquaponics says: August 14, 2019 at 2:13 am If bacteria can be spewed up with one flush of a toilet… what about all the THM's created as soon as your turd hits the chlorinated toilet water? Or, the THM's produced in a garbage disposal? Or the THM's while washing chicken in chlorinated tap water? Reply Ian Bartczak says: August 14, 2019 at 2:45 pm Wait… Where is the part about bottled water… Reply Leo Nieves says: August 14, 2019 at 11:19 pm We use a distiller. Reply Christopher O'Grady says: August 15, 2019 at 11:11 am I only drink home distilled, zero plastic contact, about 4 litres a day.Distilled is unbelievably palatable, I can drink a whole litre first thing in the morning at once with no sick feeling. If I try that with bottled or tap water it’s impossible to resist the gag.Mineral loss is irrelevant, it’s tiny compared to the minerals you should be getting from your food, and a lower total dissolved solids (0-1 ppm in distilled, 300+ ppm in bottled and tap) makes the water better able to accept waste products from the rest of your body and transport it out through the urine. His website is agelesslivemore and he has written two books). He used to boil his tap water and then put it in the fridge to kill bacteria that could be in the water. He also ate a low fat diet and ate his food raw or mildly sautéed in 1 to 2 tbsp od olive oil daily). Reply Leave a Reply Cancel reply Your email address will not be published.
