Intermittent Fasting Ketosis | Weight Loss Journey [Day 40]

hi everyone its Mieka’s fasting weight
loss this is my day 40 weight loss
journey results 2018 so over the weekend
I had no food from Friday night to
yesterday I fasted about at least 60
hours yesterday was my Refeed for
my water fast and yesterday i intermittent
fasted I did about 8 hours and I
didn’t choose the best things but I’m
happy with it
today my ketone strips say small
small so I stayed in ketosis I’m
thinking about intermittent fasting ketosis diet which for me will
just be if I’m in ketosis I did a good
job so what I ate I had made my kids the
night before an egg cheese and hotdog
muffin I had I say 2 of those for me
the next day so I had two of those my
breakfast was two of those and I have a
cup of cottage cheese that’s what I have
for breakfast then later in the day I
had my four chicken strips in a large
pot a large popcorn and my movie and a
nacho cheese side of nacho cheese oh my
gosh so I pay the $20 a month for my
three movies a week and then I bought
the large popcorn and I asked for a cup
for water and I bought the nacho cheese
she said oh well you have to pay for it
is the macho cheese I was like weren’t
she’s like yeah so she said this is your
birthday month
said yeah she said oh well you probably
get a free drink – you want that I was
like sure so I had a giant diet soda –
um I only had to pay for my cheese that
was awesome so my movie oh my movie was
$14.97 but I pay the $20 a month um that
was for the IMAX theater with the
reclining seats and it was gigantic so I
got a lot I know like $35 worth of stuff
yesterday so that was kind of cool the
movie was awesome I can’t say what it is
because oh boy I would surely have
haters
um but I will say it’s about a it’s a
biography based on a true story and I
love three stories so I loved the movie
and yeah I was awesome it was about
people with the dream and they put in the
work and they were creative and they
made their dreams happen okay then let’s
see what I then in the even I went to
the grocery store man I brought these by
sugar-free puddings so I had the
sugar-free pudding
um I mix almond flour walnuts the Truvia
and pecans and I blended them I put that
was the base of my three muffin pans
then I put a pistachio pudding and I
used almond milk no I didn’t use almond
milk I use half and half so the carbs is
like 1 or 2 per cup or something and I
had three of those I probably should
have have one or two that would have
been better but overall I’m happy with
my day um I had nutrition I have protein
oh and the egg muffin the egg cheese and
hotdog muffins I sauteed the hotdogs and
I put that at the bottom of the tents
then I put barbecue sauce then I put egg
and then I put a little bit of cream
cheese and bake that and then I put
cheese on top to melt
so I had two of those which already said
but that’s how I made it so they’re like
almost no curves the large popcorn was
not great I brought home a lot of it
well I ate probably 3/4 of it and yeah
that was my food for yesterday
then um i went to the gym yeah this is
my day 40 exercise I started with
15 minutes of elliptical that was my
warmup then today yesterday was arm day
I don’t feel it at all like I feel no
pain I feel like I stole so my butt from
Thursday or Friday like I feel that’s
how hard I worked it I don’t know it’s
my imagination or what I need to make
today but day again um so I started with
elliptical then I did four sets of four
different arm exercises so I did the
bicep curls I did two sets of that um
twelve reps then I did the tricep
extension love that machine I don’t know
I just love that me and my arms are
getting smaller my arms are getting
smaller my face feels fat again um my
belly is like 44 inches like my belly’s
not leaving my buds going like
everything is set for my belly is
leaving and that’s the grossest fact I
do feel less rolls though I feel like
less roll so I guess it’s changing shape
so then I did the seated row I did ten
holding it like this and then I
immediately same time did 10 holding it like this so I did 20 and then 2 sets
of 20 then I did the chest press like
you’re sitting down you press it out I
did I held it like this and I did 10 and
then I held it like this and I did 10 I
did that twice then I did the whole
thing again I did the bicep curls two
more sets of 12 the tricep press two
sets of 12 the
see the row two sets of 20 in the chest
price two sets of 20 but I did extremely
low weight that’s all the machines I did then
time I still had a little time I wanted
to spend two hours but I had to pick my
son up for the bus at 8:00 so I couldn’t
do my 7:00 to 9:00 like every day I want
to do 7:00 tonight at the jump um did I
say no the kids went yeah none wind they
just loved the den computer they’re not
gonna have computer today I’m taking in
the router with me to work because it’s
just ridiculous it’s a bad addiction but
I didn’t feel like make him go so let’s
see
oh I ended with 25 minutes elliptical
again I wanted to do an incline on the
treadmill to work the glutes but the
machine I wanted wasn’t available so I
went back to the elliptical
that was my exercise I feel like it was
good it was probably an 8 out of 10
effort and what I did I probably could
have did two more sets a four of two
different arm exercises but I’m do
before it that was cool so let’s see
yeah I think you’re gonna see a little
weight gain dang it I didn’t write down
the weight I know I gained 1.8 okay so I don’t have much I am I
did take the picture but I’m not gonna
add it again and I did I’m not gonna put
the pictures of the food either but
that’s what I eat um a 40-man so day
forty and I’ve had two bad days all the
40 days I’m good with that
I don’t have the craving for any sugars
when I do still like the imitation sweet
stuff I need to get creative with the
recipes okay today I am 58 no no no no
48 oh no wait a minute
sorry 245.8 so my refeed is 1.8 pounds
so
from the weekend fast I’m still I didn’t
gain all that back and today I’m gonna
intmittent fast again God willing
that’s the plan yeah that’s all I have
to say for today so I would like to hear
