Therefore I wanted to give you
a tea recipe that will help you recover…
get yourself up fast and…
build up your immune system.
We’ll make linden tea today.
Linden is tremendously
effective against cold and flu, and…
will help
soothe your cough.
Besides, linden has
a relaxing effect, and…
will regulate your sleep.
Today, I’ll make this linden tea
in a French press.
First, I’ll put these
linden leaves.
In addition to linden,
I’ll put lemon to…
strengthen your immune system
a little bit more.
You know,
lemon is a good source of vitamin C.
Vitamin C is very effective for
building up your immune system.
We have raw cinnamon here,
accompanying the lemons.
Cinnamon boasts
a natural antiseptic feature.
This means it will help you
fight bacteria in your body.
It will be also helpful for
balancing your blood sugar levels.
I’m adding a dessertspoon of honey,…
also having
antiseptic and antibacterial features,…
to strengthen
your immune system and…
soothe your cough, when combined with
all the other ingredients.
After adding
all these into the mix…
I will add boiling water.
Now it’s ready.
All I have to do is
brew it for 5 minutes.
After about 5 minutes…
I’ll grab
a hot cup of tea and relax.
