I TRIED TO TRY THE KETO DIET FOR 1 WEEK

I’m doing it what I eat in a day video
Because I have decided that I want to try the keto diet for one whole week or at least six to seven days
So far today, I have had one cup of green tea with two teaspoons of honey and one chicken thigh for breakfast
Yes, I had chicken thigh for breakfast. Please. Don’t judge me and I’ve also had two teaspoons of cashews for a snack
I don’t know why I ate a chicken thigh for breakfast. I don’t know
I think the hardest thing for me so far is just that feeling of not having energy
I don’t know if I’m gonna make it to lunch. I’m gonna be honest because we have bananas in my house
There’s always bananas and it’s just so simple to just grab one and snack on it
So this is going to be really interesting for me
All right
so it’s the end of day one and I survived and
I just wanted to share my first tip to survive tomorrow and that is to do what the vegans do
I’ve noticed that vegans have a tendency to eat things that are not meat but remind them of meat, so there’s stuff like tofu
There’s vegan burgers things like that for me. I realized that I need to eat things that look like carbs but aren’t carbs
So my lunch looked like carbs, but it was barely any carbs at all
It was mostly fiber because that’s what cauliflower is and I enjoyed my lunch so much. I loved it
This is actually super simple to make you just grab a head of cauliflower break it up
Rinse it put it in a blender. Add some water blend it all up take what you have in the blender
Put it in a cheesecloth and squeeze out the excess water
When you’re done take that

Throw it in a pot and just start to stir you want to stir for about a minute?
Once you’re done stirring add in some flax ground flax seeds
That’s my preference and stir again for about two to three minutes
And there you go a delicious meal. You can eat this with any stew of your choice
I am eating this today with some African spinach stew and I will leave links to the stew recipe and the cauliflower
Recipe if you guys want to try it out. Anyways, I had to change my clothes because my shirt got dirty
But yeah, I just wanted to give you that update for dinner I’m just going to have a smoothie I’m going to have
My normal standard smoothie that I tend to have in the evenings and it’s just spinach bananas
aloe vera juice
Greek yogurt and some berries
I’m going to have to go easy on the berries and bananas to kind of keep my carbs under that 50 grand mark

woke up this morning thinking that there was just no way I was going to have breakfast because I could not fathom the idea of
Eating eggs without bread. So I thought I would just have the leftover from my smoothie from last night and have that for breakfast
Well by 8 o’clock
I was starving and I thought I was going to die and I had to eat something
So I went and I made two eggs and half an avocado. I didn’t put any salt or anything
I just made the eggs with some coconut oil and that was it
I have to say I was shocked and amazed by how I felt after eating the food
I still don’t feel how high-energy I still feel kind of blah and level
But I’m not hungry and I actually did not miss the bread
I am so surprised and I think that this is probably going to have to be my tip number two
And that has been that it’s very important to be open-minded
This is actually shirataki noodles. It’s basically spaghetti, but with zero carbs in it
It’s a very interesting thing to eat and I can talk about it some more in my next
