Hi everyone!
So today I want to start my keto diet
keto diet is a very populer diet method
where i can only eat foods that are high in healthy fats and protein
but low in carbohydrate and sugar
for those of you guys who want to know more on keto diet
you can search it up on google
before: 54.1kg (continue after the “i tried diet catering video)
but one of the thing that i don’t like about keto diet is
the choices of foods
sometimes i’m confused on what type of foods i can eat
during keto diet
but now, i don’t need to worry anymore
because there is pokinometry catering
pokinometry catering is based in Jakarta
they provide healthy foods catering like this
that can help people to lose weight
they have a lot of healthy food catering choices
starting from people who wanted to do keto diet
specially for pre-pregnant woman, pregnant woman
diabetic, and other more
the catering tasted delicious and most importantly it’s healthy
so for my first day of keto diet
with pokinometry catering
only has a total of 354 calorie
it has only 14g of carbohydrate
and the protein has 36 grams
so today is my day 2 of keto diet
with pokinomtery catering
and for today i have edamame
and i have strawberry and grape for fuits
and i have chicken breast
and boiled egg
and i have vegetables here too
they deliver on time
before 12 noon during lunch period, it has arrived
so my second day is finished
the chicken breast tasted very good
all the cookings are delicious as well
for my third day of pokinometry catering
i have
egg
this is tofu
edamame
and chicken
this is my day 3
i didn’t felt like it was already the third day
it’s so fast
because everytime i join a healthy food catering like this
makes me feel like i’m not on a diet
but it’s more like a healthy lifestyle
so i eat healthier which make my body feel more fit

edamame
these are vegetables
there’s beef
and egg
for those who are doing keto diet
because we cannot eat potato
i think pumpkin
is a good choice
to substitute the potato
today is my last day joining pokinometry catering
and i have vegetables
and grape
boiled egg
this is tempeh
and beef
if i’m feeling very hungry i will eat some bacons
after doing the keto diet for 5 days
i will weigh myself now
so from 54.1kg
i went to 53.6kg (lose 0.5kg in 5 days)
now i want to share
my experiences after doing the keto diet for 5 days
first of all, i don’t think it’s easy to follow keto diet
because
i’m used to eating carbohydrate everyday like rice,
bread,
and foods that are flour-based
so i’m still not used to avoiding carbohydrates
so it’s quite difficult when i first try keto diet
and to find foods that are keto friendly
is also not easy, i find it very difficult
there’s only certain types of food that i can eat
during the keto diet
foods that i avoid are carbohydrate
and foods that are high in sugar
in these 5 days
i still eat twice
i do not eat breakfast
i only eat lunch and dinner
for my lunch i have pokinometry catering
which really healp me
because
as i have said
it’s hard to find foods that are keto-friendly
after joining the catering i won’t need to think
about what i need to eat
they just deliver it, and i eat it
but i need to think of what i need to eat for dinner
for dinner, i find my own food
usually i eat my mom’s cooked food
but i can only eat certain type of foods
so if my mom cook chicken
or meat
i will eat them
or fish, i also eat them
but i don’t eat rice
so i only eat the side dishes like meat
for fruits and vegetables
i also need to choose
i can only eat certain types of food
vegetables like potato
or fruits like manggo
they are very sweet
so i cannot eat them
so before i eat, i need to search them up on the internet
if i can eat them
if they are suitable for keto diet
so it’s quite complicated when i first started keto diet
so foods that i eat during keto diet
is usually bacon
and meats
and seafood
and i also eat eggs
they are the most simple
cooking eggs
and…
i also eat yogurt
for fruits i only eat berries
like strawberry, blueberry
all that has the word berry at the back
and… what more?
and nuts
i also eat nuts
and…
and avocado
cheese
milk
as for dairy products, i still consume them
after doing the keto diet for 2-3 days
i crave for carbohydrate so bad
every time when i see rice or bread i want them so bad
but i can’t eat them
so i still need to eat meat
and all the other keto friendly food
but strangely, when i was doing the keto diet, i didn’t feel hungry at all
i feel
i don’t feel weak or anything
and i also don’t exercise when i was doing the keto diet
but for those of you guys who are doing the keto diet
adding exercises will be better
so that our body can burn more fats
so that’s all about my 5 days of keto diet journey
overall, i’m still satisfied
because i still manage to lose weight
even if i eat twice a day
and i also don’t exercise
and i don’t feel hungry
or weak
so that’s it for today’s video
