So, when December 2018 started I just got my period, and idk what happened and it was the first time that this happened during my period but not like other girls when they have period they always want to eat food but for me when I started my period on that month I have no energy to eat food like I only eat one times a day when I feel like it (sometimes I eat rice, sometimes I only eat bread or anything) during my period and I don't even feel hungry at all and during the day before my last day of period one of my friends notice that I lost weight, and I didn't really notice it before she said it to me but I was aware I wasn't eating properly but dude, I'm really not hungry AT ALL then I thought it will only last until my period end and it will only happen again on my next period but sadly I continued with it, I only ate one times a day, and I don't do it on purpose I didn't know this jimin diet before, then I thought again it will end 8 days before my diet so it was like a 20 days auto diet then the 8 days before my diet I will have the energy to eat and on my period it will be back to what it was like but sadly I didn't got my period on the day I was supposed to get it, I'm irregular. So I still continued but I didn't really felt sick at all and sometimes I don't eat for a whole day, idk know why this happened but even before this started I really loved to eat. I don't even know if I lost weight cause when I looked at my body this was how it is before,and I wasn't really fat or anything my body was just normal not fat not too skinny but I think I did loose weight cause November on my birthday I weared this tight red shirt and my arms were emberassing big(not too much thou it was just enough for me to be called big) but I saw worse thou and I still continued to wear the tight shirt out side, and I notice this day after the week I was supposed to get my period that my arms quite loose fats. But the time I got my period again, I eat 3 to 2 times a day sometimes, but there were days that I eat 1 times a day, and saturday we had street food, and I had like 31 pieces, and when I got home I saw my stomach it was a letter d shape again, but in the morning it came back to normal like what it look like when I started my diet. I my stomach was a d shape, so I think i could agree that I did lose weight. So, I don't really recommend this diet because of the results I saw in the video and the comments because it is not good for you peeps. I only recommend this to people who doesn't want to do it on purpose but accidentally did it like me and Jimin, (I think we have an eating disorder that's why we can survive with this) , bc people who accidentally did it like me can survive a day without eating and we could survive by only eating one times a day. But if you want to try it just ask me, I can tell you the proper way of doing this without dieng but I still think its bad bc I don't eat properly but I could get along with this since I rarely get hungry a day. It takes 3 to 4 months for your hair to react to your diet. So if you are for example eating really healthy, it will only help your hair after 3 months. The thing i will write down might help detox/lose weight/make you realise some unhealthy food isnt needed dunno I dont know the order BUT:Drink alot of water and tea without sugar.Eat small meals with vegies like tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, peppers..Also eat 2 eggs and a lil bit of cheese with vegies as breakfast. >You cant have rice and bread or macaroni etc.< (maybe try not to have those in the begin, later have small portions)You can have soup thoAnd use good protein shakes as dinner. Even your snacks should be vegies and fruit. Its really all about eating cleaner and drinking alot of water. You going more often to the toilet is a good sign XDThe protein shakes are mostly cuz it might make you feel fuller, i think you can use smoothies with healthy ingredients too.. I lost weight because I walk more now and there was a time I really only ate vegies and fruit and eggs etc, i did have smaller portions and enjoyed rice and yogurt too. After the diet I still maintained my weight even tho I ate junkfood, at that moment I realised that I just needed to move more often, instead of dieting only. If you want to lose weight, try new things out, do it in a healthy way tho. And you might hate exercising but walking just 15min extra every day might help too. ALSO if there is anyone out there that thinks they should diet because they 'ugly'.. Please dont, you are pretty, lovely and amazing. I know, cuz no one is really ugly. Secondly water fasting is actually pretty great if you do it right. Please make your resaerch on it before you try it(e.g. it's really important to rest, so no working out! You might faint). From my experience (I did this for 64 hours) it wasn't bad and if you have the knowledge you will know why you feel the way you do and whats actually happening in your body at that time(dizzyness and feeling weak is completely normal, because 1. Your brain needs energy in form of glucose and if it isn't getting it, it can't function normal 2. Your body needs to adapt to the change and loss of energy, so around the 3-4 day it starts breaking down fatcells to get energy). So for me it was okay(i also lost 3kg and havent gained it back, but I don't know if its fat or muscle), I would try it again maybe also for 7 days. I think its a good way to kinda reset your body, also if you want to start a different diet after it(research what to eat after water fast!).
