I Tried 4 HIIT Workouts in a Row and This Happened! | Intermittent Fasting | Keto Journey

A little silly. I think it’s a try to you or workouts in a row
so as I said, it’s a little nutty idea but
The reason being and we’ll try to keep this brief is that I’m currently working on two workout programs at the moment

Trying to focus workout. I thought I would just see if I can do for workout them. But if you did
And that’s because I’m kind of behind my workouts for the week. It’s Friday. I’m supposed to do to focus workouts on Friday
That’s part of the program back to back this ideal or 25 minutes each. So that’s 50 minutes and
the mid to intensive workouts are also about 25 minutes each so
