The video could easily show each ingredient and how long it takes to prep each one. Essentially, the video is a fail in that it hides the actual time and effort it takes to do this dish from start to finish. Any idiot can mix a few ingredients for a few minutes especially if someone else is doing all the prep and spoon feeding you the ingredients and the instructions. And the whole circles non sense, come on, does she think only children are watching this. The objective is to prevent the sticking to the pan, just like any other reduction; whether you do lines, squares, little circles or large ovals is of no consequence to the end result; just have fun, for Christ's sake.
