today i will show you
keo diet receipe
cauliflower chicken biryani
cauliflower

breast chicken cut into small pieces
brest chicken
cut the cauliflower
make thick paste in grinder
our paste is ready its called rice
take a pan
put cauliflower into pan
mix it well
slowly

add little bit salt
mix it
add little water into it
lid the pan
on medium flame for – 5 minutes
after 5 minutes
open the lid
our cauliflower rice is ready
now next step
put oil in fry pan
add half inch cinnamon
cinnamon
cloves 3 pieces
3 green cardamom

3 cardamom
3 bay leaves
stir it
add cumin seeds
after pop up
add chopped onion
stir it
add 1 tablespoon red chilly powder

termeric powder

salt as per taste
mix it well
add little bit water
add tomato
add little bit of water
mix it well
after 2 minutes

add chicken into it
mix it well
mix it well
add water
lid the pan
cook the chicken for minutes
after minutes
let see chicken cooked or not
chicken is cooked
now add cauliflower rice
slowly into chicken

mix it well
delicious cauliflower chicken biryani
yummy
is ready
biryani is ready
now serve it
its so yummy
