How to Make CLOUD BREAD SANDWICH (Gluten-Free/Low Carb Recipe)

look at that I get involved hello everybody welcome back it is Tuesday which means it’s time for another recipe now today’s recipe we are making something called cloud bread some people call it oopsy bread and this is great for those on a gluten to diet or those who are trying to cut out some carbs from their diet like myself now let’s get started we need three large eggs a quarter teaspoon of cream of tartar two ounces of cream cheese softened at room temperature this is really important finally weed one packet of artificial sweetener I’m using xylitol today but if you want to use regular sugar you need about 1 tablespoon now before you start you want to pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius I’m going to start by separating the egg whites from the egg yolks so let’s do that okay I’m going to put the egg white in this big world big bowl right here because I’m going to be eating this later on and up to the egg yolk and the smaller go going to put the egg yolks to the side and we’re going to add the cream of tartar that’s a quarter teaspoon of cream of tartar into the bowl so let’s tip that right into the egg white and we’re just going to beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form so here we go okay and I think that’s about done okay so the egg whites are done set that to the side now we’re going to put our softened cream cheese into a bowl along with the egg yolk and our artificial sweetener or sugar and using a spatula we’re going to mix this up like this now you have to make sure that your cream cheese is soft because it’s hard you’re going to get lumpy mixture which is not a good thing now many of you guys know that I used to be really fat this is before my YouTube days I used to weigh 250 pounds at one time I was fat for probably half of my life and 250 pounds is like 120 kilos that’s for those that are not familiar with pounds but that was not good and I lost most of the weight with exercise and cutting out my carbs now once it’s about like this the mixtures kind of like this kind of blended in together we’re going to go in with our electric mixture once again and you want to mix this until there are no more locks okay and this is kind of what you’re looking for it’s smooth and free of lumps it doesn’t have to be perfect but this is good enough okay next we are going to fold in the egg whites a little at a time I’m going to put this much first and then fold this in so that it’s sort of incorporated into the egg yolk mixture and then I add a little more [Music] like this now today we’re making a very basic cloud bread recipe but say you’re making cloud bread for maybe like an Italian sandwich you might want to put some spices in here and that will really take it to the next level okay I’m going to add the rest of the egg whites in here okay and then just fold the rest of it in until you get a really smooth fluffy cloud like texture okay this should be kind I don’t want to mix it any more because I’m going to make it deflate I have two baking pans here lined with parchment paper but just makes it easier to lift off the bread we have two baking sheets here because there’s a small oven with two levels but if you have a big oven probably need for one baking sheet we’re going to simply drop the mixture on top of the baking sheet maybe two spoonfuls of it just depends on how big you want your bun your your cow bread and make sure you spread them apart so they’re not touching each other so that’s all that will sit on my baking sheet so I’m going to go my second one and this recipe makes between maybe eight to nine buns and now all we have to do is basically in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 173 135 degrees Celsius for between 20 to 30 minutes okay so it’s been about 25 minutes and I think mines are done so when transfer these to a wire rack to let them cool as that now if you don’t have a wire rack go ahead and just transfer you to a plate and let them cool down they are looking perfect okay and that’s it for the clown bread they are ready to use in whatever way you want you can even eat these just as is they are delicious today we’re to make a simple sandwich out of these cloud bricks so when I let this sit for about 15 minutes and then I’m going to start making that beautiful sandwich okay so let’s make that sound with joy I am starving and I just can’t wait any longer it’s in 15 minutes I’ve been waiting patiently I cannot wait any longer so here is one piece of table bread this will go on the bottom and I’m really simple with my sandwiches so I’m just going to spread some mustard on it you can put mayo here that’s really good but I think I’m going to skip the mail today next I’m going to place a couple leaves of lettuce like so just two and then I’m going to put a couple of slices cheese and ham these are really thin ham from the 100 yen store across the street they taste good it’s just that they’re like super super thin but that’s perfect for the sandwich I guess and then I also have some Tomatoes I’m going to put two of them on like that and then I’m going to top it off with the other piece of bread and that liberals is your cloud bread sandwich doesn’t that look delicious you notice I am the only one here so fishy is missing he’s actually at the gym today he really didn’t want to go Jim she hasn’t been gym for a couple of weeks I think and so I said okay go ahead I’ll go film this video for you and I’ll make a sandwich before you come home so this is his surprise he should be home any minute oh my mom okay unified oh what’s that Bubber did you have a good workout yeah yeah oh look at that getting buff I I knew you’ll be hungry oh but it was it this is a cloud bread ham cheese sandwich the rocks cloud yeah very light yes super light and I’m here give it a try okay yeah you I’m pretty sure it’s good I’m pretty good I know it looks like a burger but it’s a sandwich they’re liking off mm-hmm good make it good yeah yeah actually really ran good really feels like bread it’s really yours in bread mmm yeah yeah mmm that’s the funniest thing you know when you eat it by themselves they don’t taste like bread I mean they don’t even have a texture of bread but when you actually make it just sandwich you don’t miss the brunt at all it’s great Odum did it on bond it really is it really is so if this is good to you and
