As I said, this is gonna be a really quick and easy keto recipe , two eggs

it would be a sharp hard cheddar that you look for a

So I’ve got one reasonably small onion here weighs about 100 grams

We’re gonna be using what we need to do now is wrap the meatloaf also cling film and put in the fridge for
About 15 to 20 minutes, just let it firm up a little bit after the eggs start working its magic

So I’ve preheated the oven to 180 degree Celsius, which is around about 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Give it a good seasoning with pepper not forgetting a bit of salt
Obviously you can make your own variation of this

Let that gently heat up and thicken
It won’t take long to keep stiring it.
Grab the meatloaf out the oven and now it’s time for the moment of truth. I’ve got here an oversized plate
