High intensity interval draining
High intensity interval training done twice
or three times a week will not only deplete
your glycogen reserves
but will also put your body in fat burning
mode for hours.
A 20 to 30-minute high intensity session could
put your body in fat burning mode for 10 to
12 hours.
Imagine the number of calories you’ll be
burning throughout the day.
Combined with your keto diet, you will be

Fasting
Fasting is a fantastic way to speed up ketosis.
Generally, fasting involves an eating window

The duration of the fasting window can be

one large meal a day.

50 grams of carbohydrates,

loss, cutting out all carbs for 3 to 4 days

Another method to lose weight faster will
be to do about 20 to 30 minutes of cardio
after your weight training.
During your weight training, your glycogen
reserves will be depleted.
